Hotel Miramare

Nice views, nice room, nice pool, location is a bit far from town but not something too terrible, I guess you trade the distance for the quit surrounding and views. We took the room with the balcony and sea views. You get great views but no privacy, the different balcony of the sea side rooms don’t have good separation so you kind of share the balcony with your neighbors, and also they don’t allow you to have sun beds on your balcony which is a shame. The staff is mostly friendly, but when we needed help for booking a taxi, they were a bit aggressive, we were a bit hesitant to book and said no when hearing the price and time available, and after a minute of thinking we reconsider and asked to book, they were angry with us we didn’t say yes when they asked first. I think they can simply say it not available anymore, even if it only a minute after they offered it, and not get angry with us.

The front desk staff were so helpful, they got us checked in early and helped arrange a taxi on check out day! The view was amazing and the room, bathroom, and balcony were exceptional! The property was amazing, I don’t have any negatives!

The hotel was fine. Basic. Had a beautiful view from room. No bathrobes, no make up mirrors, bad blow dryer, located a 35 min walk down a narrow lane. Scary crossing the street. Then a 35/40 min walk straight up hill. Breakfast was ok. Girl in breakfast area not friendly. Called for wake up calls, never came. 2x. Had mold on my top sheet. Expensive for what it provides. Pool freezing

Such a gorgeous hotel!! The view was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was fantastic! A huge selection of pastries. Eggs, juices, fruit, etc! The room was very spacious and the bathroom was nice too. They also have a full bar! Just loved this hotel!

Breakfast hot food was always cold. Toaster didn’t work well.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were kept pristine. We would recommend to family and friends. Location was a bit long to walk to the town square and the sidewalks were very narrow. Too hot during summer to walk to town square so had to spend for taxi rides. Would be nice for hotel to offer shuttles to town square during hot summer months.

We liked the size of the room, and the updated bathroom and bedroom. The balcony was beautiful. The hotel was a 25 minute walk to the center of town, farther than advertised. The hotel is on a blind curve and very dangerous to cross the road. The hotel staff was polite but not overly friendly. The breakfast spread was kind of disappointing compared to other hotels I stayed at.

The hotel is located near the downtown area of Sorrento. It is exceptionally clean, with rooms that are spotless and well-maintained. The hotel is situated right next to a very busy road. Please exercise caution while staying here.

Certainly the sea view and the balcony. The only thing is the lack of sidewalk that makes crossing the road quite challenging.

Beautiful views, great staff, large room, clean and priced reasonably. Also loved the amenities. Parking onsite. The AC never got quite cold enough for me. Also having to shut it off every time we left the room. Also the road to the city is flat out dangerous to walk on until you reach the sidewalk.

The interior and exterior were both gorgeous. With spectacular views n every direction. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and lovely place to sit outside to start the day. As many people have mentioned, stepping out of the hotel onto the street could be concerning depending on the type of person you are.

Hotel was beautiful , views were stunning and the staff so helpful and friendly . Nothing everything was perfect .

The coast affective price compering what we got is not good enough, in the same price I was one month before in 5 stars in Lugano Lake in Italy. the breakfast are not rich enough. The breakfast, and the money that I have to pay for parking

Location was great. Staff were lovely No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Never put any new shower gel and shampoo, even with sign ? DND the stuff still enter the room.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Fabulous breakfast every morning. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was just great. Nothing! The hotel is located on a bend on a main road but it didn’t bother us at all.
