Good location and staff Nothing

Pegamos um dos melhores quartos com vista para o mar e no período de 5 noites o Wi-Fi mal funcionava no quarto. Em outras localidades do hotel o Wi-Fi era bom, mas para utilizar no próprio quarto, simplesmente péssimo. Frigobar também não gela sequer uma água.

View Distance to restaurants and shopping

The staff could not have been more helpful. There is a shuttle bus that picks you up right in front every half hour or so to get downtown. Walking to the main center is easy and takes about 15 minutes. Crossing the street is a bit sketchy as traffic comes fast and there’s no sidewalk for the first quarter of a mile. The rooms are small for three people and the bathroom very tight. Towels are very flimsy. However, for the cost, it is a great value. It’s very quiet at night and the air-conditioning works great.

spacious rooms, big bathroom, comfortable beds and the hotel gym The online pictures seemed to suggest there was a pool, but there was no pool. Only a hot tub. The breakfast was lacking. And there was no sidewalk the last one hundred yards walking to the hotel from town. Felt dangerous.

The staff here was so sweet and accommodating! They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Much of the breakfast spread is homemade with care, and the cappuccinos are excellent! The only downside of this hotel is that it just a bit beyond the part of the busy main road that has a sidewalk. So, to walk to and from town, you have to walk a bit on the nonexistent shoulder with buses and motorcycles whizzing by about 4 inches from you ? So, just an FYI. But also, there is a bus that stops right outside the hotel you can wait for instead of walking!

Beautiful hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The rooftop view is gorgeous! Breakfast every morning was very good and had a nice variety of options. We were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend!

The pool area closed way too early

The property was clean, room spacious, AC worked great and staff were terrific. It is on the outskirts of town so it is about a 20min walk to the town centre but provides stunning views along the way. I thought it had a pool by the picture but it is a Jaccuzi however we didn’t spend time hanging out at the hotel and the view from the terrace is great. The view from room balcony is of Mnt Vesuvius and the bay of Naples but it is an “angled” line of site. Still a great spot to sip a drink from the bar on-site open 24/7. staff was very helpful with anything you asked. Family run hotel and residence of sorrento. Great value, I’d go back for sure.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Gave great recommendations and were very personable. Toiletries could have been a little better.

Views, common areas, breakfast room, lobby all impeccable. Rooms very comfortable. Safe. Staff and hosts are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to connect with daily. Exceptional. Right in front of bus stop which is a positive or negative depending on how you view this. Not a property issue. Would love a small lap pool for swimming but ocean is nearby 12 min walk. Very good property.

The view

The staff service was great! Stephano and Andrea went an extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Andrea managed to book the same excursions for lower prices compared to what we had booked earlier.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Very clean and a fantastic breakfast ! A bit far from the main restaurants and shops, but walkable.

Reasonably priced, clean, basic accommodations. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast bar. Great views from the upper floor. The hotel is up a steep winding road about 5 min bus ride from central Sorrento but a local bus conveniently stops in front of the hotel every 20 mins making for an easy ride into town. All fine.
