Beautiful views of the coastline! Helpful staff, especially Annmarie who lovingly prepared a delicious breakfast everyday!

This hotel has insanely beautiful views! The staff were very helpful and kind and the breakfast was delicious. NOTHING!

The bed we had was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be replaced. The room was a little outdated. The lift to go down to the beach (or more importantly, to come back up) didn’t really work while we were there. One time we were able to have it take us down, but when we tried to come back up, it wasn’t working. The walk up was brutal.

Breakfast was fabulous & the view from our room made it hard to leave!! The staff are very friendly and helpful!! The bathtub/shower combo really would, at a minimum, have a shower curtain. There is no senario that you can shower without getting the floor incredibly wet!! The floor is marble & extremely slippery when wet!!

Breakfast was very good, staff very helpful, the room view was good. You have a 4star restaurant with a view in the same yard. The access to the beach can be made with the elevator also which is very convenient. The sunchairs could be for free for the hotel Desiree guests on their beach, also bring your wather shoos with you as theres no sand but only rocks. Don't expect luxury rooms, they are a bit old and also did not had glass cups for drinking water over the night, bring your own if you know you drink water in your room.

Minimum things like coffee/tea maker not available in the room. For coffee we have to share the single facility available in floor.

We stayed in the junior suite. Large windows overlooking the sea. We had a little balcony off to the side too. Bed was super comfy. Shower was nice and clean. Staff at the hotel were exceptional- esp Pasquale!!! The private beach with the restaurant was SO nice, too. After I booked the junior suite, we decided to add an additional night to the beginning of our stay. We had to stay in another room as the junior suite was not available - that room was not the best. No overhead shower, no shower curtain, AC wasn’t working. If planning to stay here, definitely get an upgraded room!

We had a balcony room with a wonderful view of the sea! The staff were super helpful with recommendations and assistance finding alternative travel arrangements due to a train strike. We saved money booking day trips and we were even picked up at the hotel! We enjoyed our breakfast very much! Each morning they had prepared different pastries and we appreciated the variety. The lady in the breakfast area is so friendly and cheerful and she makes amazing drinks!! Try her specialty espresso! The only thing I would change would be a lift. All the stairs were no joke.

Breakfast is excellent. Anna Marrie is superb The little hallway to our room smells cigarettes and also we can hear a lots of noise. There used to be no soundproof at all. But the views is excellent and Corrina is very very helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Desiree in Sorrento. The hotel offers excellent value, with clean and comfortable rooms

I loved our room. We had no stairs and a beautiful balcony that extended our space. It was quiet and the staff was extremely helpful. It might be far for Some people to walk on a daily basis, but this did not bother us.

All team member of Hotel Desiree were super helpful. A thank you to Anna'Lisa who greeted us at check-in, and to Pasquale,and Anna who helped me with ordering dinner and with our taxi booking for check-out, as well as the hard working kind kitchen staff at breakfast. The breakfast room could be improved by maybe rearranging the table set up. The larger sitting tables beside the breakfast table make it a little difficult when multiple persons are trying to get food at the breakfast table.

Our room had an excellent view of the Ocean and a comfortable seating area on our balcony. The hotel was very helpful in getting taxi service for our excursions. AnaMaria, who works in the kitchen area, was very personable and helped with any requests for more cappuccino or other requests.

Breakfast was very good. The service was excellent. We stayed here twice before when we were younger. At our age the walk to town is a little more than we would like.

We like the location & the view from our room. The breakfast was great & AnnaMarie made us feel comfortable & important providing everything we needed at breakfast. The baked goods were delicious & the coffee was so good! Roof top terrace was lovely as was the lift down the cliff to the beach. Can not think of anything. It was a lovely stay.
