All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. Good location. An easy walk to the centre. A big shout out to Sebastiano who was extremely helpful when I had a dental emergency. Nothing.

there are no Kettle in the rooms though, but they have a free tea and coffee station in the rest area in the ground floor. The location is really good overall, and for tourists coming in a rental car it is outside the ZTL zone you can stop infront of the hotel to unload your luggage and then go to a parking lot near by also outside the ZTL zone, and then you can walk to the center of Sorrento in 1 minute. The elevator seems old and a bit tight but does the job. الفندق و تعامل الموظفين ممتاز، الغرف نظيفة وواسعة، عندهم غرف متصلة الافضل تطلبون منهم قبل الوصول تكون موجوده على حسب التوفر. لا يوجد غلاية داخل الغرف، يوفرون ركن شاي مجاني في الدور الارضي في منطقة استراحة جميلة. المصعد قديم وضيق لكن يؤدي الغرض. الفندق على شارع للسيارات مايحتاج سحب للشناط للوصول للفندق وخارج منطقة الزي تي إل اذا كنتو جايين بسيارة مستأجرة، الفندق عندهم مواقف ب 30 يورو، لكن توجد مواقف قريبة من الفندق جداً وممتازه وبسعر ارخص اذا جالسين اكثر من 3 ايام Some important facilities were not included in the rooms (like: Kettle, tae, cups, slippers, iron…)

The rooms were large and the location was perfect only a block from the Main Street. The rooftop pool and bar were great with a beautiful view. The only problem was that the pool and upstairs bar closed at 6:30 everyday. If you go on an excursion you don’t get back until 5 so most days they were kicking out a lot of people who would have hung out and drank in the pool

The room was large and newly remodeled. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything but not in the middle of the chaos. They were a little overly particular about bringing in outside food and beverages.

On-Line description of this property is accurate, excellent location. It is just far enough from the Piazza to allow recreational walking, yet close enough (one long block) to get to the attractions. I could not ask for a better reception and concierge staff. The BEST! Every aspect was trouble free and enjoyable. I would give a 5 Star to Trip Advisor or Google Review.

Great location easy walking distance to everything The pool and upper terrace were closed at 6 would have been nice to sit out on the upper terrace in the evening as it was so beautiful up there

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location was perfect—an ideal base for exploring both Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, with everything easily accessible. The staff were exceptional: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their recommendations for dinner were outstanding and turned out to be some of the best meals of our trip. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We enjoyed our stay and everything about the hotel was great. It is in a perfect location close to everything. The breakfast was great with a good choice of food. Very clean rooms. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Would definitely recommend The bedding could of been better and mattress was not very comfortable
