The property was very well kept, it was in a great location and it had amazing views. I wish they had rules about blow up rafts and toys for their pools. Because all 6 pools are connected there was really no way to get away from huge floating rafts or blown up balls splashing in your face. I understand wanting a nice float to enjoy the pool but I think maybe the hotel should provide them to ensure their size won’t ruin the experience for others.

Our family loved staying at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. We visited during a hot July, and our children absolutely loved spending time in the pool—it was the perfect way to cool off. The location was excellent, with the heart of Sorrento just an easy walk away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and a great fit for our family. The breakfast was outstanding—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. We especially enjoyed the fresh-squeezed orange juice, the delicious pastries, and the wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Everything we tried was excellent. Our only regret was that we were only able to stay for one night. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning on our next visit to Sorrento.

The hotel staff / service was excellent. The breakfast buffet selection was really good. Choice of dinner options is extremely limited, with one restaurant closed completely one evening for a corporate event, leaving a choice of two others which share the same menu. …

completeley renovated, facilities and room better than the pictures. There is a walking shortcut so dont be scared to stay a bit away from downtown. Reception staff could be a bit more prepared and friendly.

Simply Exceptional. Best views in Sorrento above the Hilton quality as always. We will be back!

The breakfast was really good and an amazing variety.

Beautiful property sitting about 15 minutes on top of downtown Sorrento. Easy walk to and from town. The morning breakfast was amazing, as were the meals we ate in the restaurant. The staff was very attentive. I was told the pool would be open by the 15th of May. Upon arrival was told delayed a day due to rain. On the 21st when we checked out, it still wasn’t open. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was outstanding, best one we had win our stay in Italy.
-
A wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff when needed.

The location was good and it was family friendly for children specifically The service especially at the reception was inconsistent. Some were rude and non responsive, the cleaning staff entered my room while I was in the shower once. However the restaurant staff was very kind and welcoming.

Great breakfast, really nice staff, housekeepers Both pools were closed and the garden exit to town also closed. We should have been notified about this prior to arrival as we were traveling with older person and garden entrance to avoid part of hill would be nice. Restaurant by lobby was not a good experience for price - order confused, food not good, overpriced
