Hotel Regina Sorrento

Great location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, rooftop restaurant and bar with great views.

Staff well trained but not given a choice to have car parked in garage and received citation for parking in front of hotel .

We enjoyed our room, the pool, the roof top bar / restaurant and the morning breakfast. Importantly, the service was outstanding! We will recommend and return for sure. Only one thing: Move the shampoo and soap dispensers from the side of the shower to the back - the side of shower location makes the narrow shower even more narrow.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were traveling with our dogs and couldn’t leave them alone in the room, so the team quickly helped us find a dog daycare. We also really enjoyed the island tour they recommended. Nothing?

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfection! No hills to climb, easy access to the port, the main Piazza, the train station! I would definitely return. It’s so lovely overlooking Naples Bay. I brought a small dog and they helped me with his stroller on the front steps. there was not a thing to dislike!

The Hotel staff was Amazing! Very helpful with everything! The hot tub was not in working condition. I was really looking forward to using it after a long day of walking.

The included breakfast was delicious. The food, in general, was delicious. The view from the third-floor restaurant was spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful. As we were there in March and it was expected, the pool and rooftop terrace were closed. While the restaurant on the third floor had great hours, I felt badly for the staff as there were only one or two present to work. They were lovely, but I think they were maybe a little overworked. I assume this might have to do with being the off-season.

I loved my stay at the Hotel Regina. I unfortunately only stayed one night, to continue my travels, but I would go back and stay there for my whole stay next time. The hotel was phenomenal. The location was perfect and the facilities on the property were excellent. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. The rooftop views were breathtaking. The pool area was amazing to stay and relax by and the food was great as well. I highly recommend!
