The room was in a great location, only a short distance to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites. The facility and parking were secured, i.e. gate to get into parking lot, and facility. Host was very responsive, via text and phone. Cleaning people were friendly and very helpful. N/A When there was an issue with the AC in the room, the host corrected the issue upon being notified.

El alojamiento se encuentra en un edificio dentro de un complejo de edificios. La anfitriona nos dio las indicaciones por Whattsap momentos antes de llegar. Fue clara y correcta. Muy cercano a la estación de trenes y buses. Cómodo y limpio. En la recepción hay café, tés y otras cosas para poder servirte libremente. Un día nos dejaron lemoncello y budín! Pudimos dejar el equipaje en consigna. No hay nada en particular que no nos gustara

Location, close proximity to the shopping streets.

Everything was so wonderful! Manuia is the sweetest and also are all of her staff. Everything was clean, had everything we needed and more, the location was exceptional, truly nothing bad to say. Also the breakfast option was very comfortable. Nothing.

The staff was super sweet, contacted us by whatsapp and helped us find and get in the B&B. It was a good stay. Supr well located, near the bus and train station.

Quiet. Convenient. Clean. We wouldn’t have found it without the owners help. But she was wonderful and called us and guided us straight to the door.

How close to everything it was. It was also extremely secure with multiple passcode points. Great view of the other high rise apartments, always looks very cool! Very quiet too which I didn’t expect at all. Little fridge, condiments and soap which was a lovely touch too. Felt very safe being alone and chatting via WhatsApp was so so easy. Manuia was so helpful and kind! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

B&B Saraceno is located close to central Sorrento area, 10-15 minutes walk to train station and sorrento port to catch ferry or train. Along with location, staff is always there to answer questions. Everyday the housekeeping refills the expresso and clean the room neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

Hostess Manuia was amazing. Friendly, efficient and very responsive. Property was neat, clean and well located - it was easy to walk to everything we needed. Didn’t have a washing machine or microwave.

The location was quiet, close to the railway station and easily walkable to the historic centre of Sorrento. It was great to have large windows to open to provide fresh air, a large shower and useful USB charging points. Access to a coffee machine and snacks was a bonus. The room was very clean and it was great that it was cleaned daily. The host was very helpful, providing information by WhatsApp. Just little things - stop the room door from scraping on the floor; change the bedside lamps so there is more space on the top of the bedside tables and change the kettle so that the kettle's cord reaches the electrical socket close to it.

Excellent host who provided lots of amazing recommendations Great location for a short stay in Sorrento. Was a little bit noisy from cleaners / other residents, but overall didn't impact too badly.

Exceptional

Location The owner was not there to meet us because it was after 7pm. We had trouble getting into the building at night in a foreign country. It is listed as a Bed & Breakfast (B&B), but there was no breakfast. It was more like an apartment. Thank goodness we stayed with friends since the common area was very small and would have been uncomfortable to be in with strangers. Afterwards, the owner hounded us for the 8-euro tax. If she had been there, we could have paid her in person...did not see her once! Her maid staff sat in the common area an hour before checking out "waiting" for us to leave...rude!

Excellent communication with the host, very clean and perfect location

it was the worst “B&Bs” I’ve ever stayed at. There was definitely no breakfast. The maid showed up at 9 o’clock and sat and stared in the doorway until we left at 9:30. Check out was at 10. It was hard to find, it is basically eight tiny tiny apartment without any kind of living room. Basically three bedrooms that are also small. The shower sink filled up halfway and would not drain. The shower head would not stay up so we had to keep lifting it up to take a shower and then it would eventually fall back down. Just terrible. it took us forever to figure out how to get there and inside. We left and suddenly they wanted eight dollars from us for taxes. Unfortunately, nobody was there to collect But they have constantly sent emails about it. I’m not sure how this place got any good reviews. What a regretful experience.

Was a little hard to find but oncw there insteuxdions on how to use the entries were fantastic

As a solo traveler I felt very comfortable in the condominium complex (had daytime security, tho’ not necessary). And there was an elevator and room was comfortable and staff super accommodating and very nice. Family run. Easy to walk there w luggage from bus/train station. Right next to police station, and several local cafes and gelateria. Felt perfectly fine walking home alone at night from Piazza Tasso (10 minute stroll, away from the town center and tourist shops). Streets were populated and it felt very safe (Sorrento is safe to begin with). Huge private balcony. Offered to store luggage after checkout. Overall an excellent choice!
