Wonderful elevated seaside deck for breakfast and evening drinks. Property sits at port level below Sorrento. Property description did not adequately communicate the hassle of having to take the very small city lift to get to the town. (Lift houses only 8 people, often very crowded and closes at midnight.) One night we were stranded due to lift being closed and all city gates locked. Ended up having to jump several steep fences and walk for 30+ minutes to get back. Not a surprise one should have at a €450+ per night hotel

Location, location. We used the ferry everyday and it’s only a 5 minute walk to get there

Food was great and waitress was very attentive.

We couldn’t ask for more convenient location, close proximity to shops, restaurants , but off the main thoroughfare. Quiet, serene. Great views of the Bay/ocean.

The location was fantastic, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed Nothing, everything was perfect

So unique and special to be down on the marina. And the patio for breakfast and hanging out later in the day was absolutely spectacular. The television only connected with androids. We have iPhones. It meant we got to bed earlier ;-).

I liked everything

Located down by the port but easy access by elevator or bus up to town. The breakfasts each morning were wonderful and obviously made with care. The view was great. Really nothing I did not like.

It's an interesting property in a very old building with excellent views. The breakfasts were exceptional. Thank you, Donatella for putting your heart into your cooking and serving. The design can be improved. I ma not sure about old rusted metal chairs and red ceiling.

The location was a dream- far enough away to feel private and secluded like w head the sea to ourselves with no noise but a short walk to the main square It was perfect and they were so kind!

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations at check in! Some of the best breakfast we had during our stay in Italy. The cappuccino was great, and we had a wide spread of breakfast options to include croissants, bruschetta, ham, cheese, quiches, and homemade cakes (delicious!). We were also offered eggs, juice, and fruit every morning. The location is superb. A stone’s throw away from the port making it easy to catch a ferry or boat ride. This also made for an amazing view from our room and from the breakfast terrace. We also had a common space just outside of our door shared with a couple other rooms. Almost like a living room type of area. None!

A gem of a hotel, a mix of old and new, incredible breakfast, convenient location (a few steps from the ferry), friendly staff, clean and very quiet. We loved everything!

Everything was amazing! So glad we picked this vs a larger hotel brand.

The location and the view from our room was fantastic! You couldn’t get any closer to the water. The hotel itself was updated and very lovely! The breakfast was amazing - cappacino, platter of fresh fruit, different breads and the chef, Donnatella made amazing baked an abundance of goods! The bruschetta was so fresh - best tomato’s I ever had! Plus there was a friendly cat there that I could have had an amazing nap with! The elevator was extremely slow and if there had been a fire, there would be no other way out. May was very sweet and helpful but the owner was snippy especially if she had to repeat something.

AMAZING LOCATION! Close to Ferry Port so you can easily visit other parts of Amalfi Coast! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, service is excellent, nice bar overloooking Vesuvius, and the breakfast is amazing!! If you want to walk around Sorrento main town, you do have to take lots of steps up or pay 1EURO to take an elevator up

Amazing location! Although u definitely need a taxi/car to get there from the train station - we had an amazing stay. The view from our room - and the breakfast!!! Donatella who manages the breakfast IS amazing! So kind and generous. She made sure we had our sets and her cakes are amazing!!! We will definitely return if we visit Sorrento again. For the fees they charge - they can offer transfers from and to the train station.
