Breakfast is amazing. Hosts prepared carefully with nice locally sourced ingredients.

Everything was incredible from the nicest and most supportive staff, to the delicious dinner looking out at the beautiful views from our balcony. The dinner was better than most restaurants in town and be sure to order the gnocchi. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone! Great breakfast, comfortable bed, and really attentive staff members. We loved it!

Very comfortable and welcoming. Great food. Great views. Outstanding host and his wife the chef. Air con weak and had to be supplemented with a fan. Weak wifi.

Everything is excellent. The place. The design. The big wonderful rooms. The view is unbelievable. Comfortable shuttles to the city. The staff is amazing and kind. They made us feel home communicated with us via phone. They even packed us special breakfast. Because we had to leave at 5:00 am on the last day. If I could rate above 10 I would Nothing

Absolutely gorgeous location with hosts who truly cared for us during our stay. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Sorrento. Antonella and Giuseppe helped us navigate every detail and you can see their care for their guests and the property in every detail. Nothing. It was perfection!

Antonella, Giuseppe and the Relais team went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating our Thirty Year Anniversary and had such a wonderful time. Absolutely Nothing!! We loved everything. :)

Quiet luxury. Very polished and restrained hotel, super peaceful. A perfect place for writers or relaxation. And the most breathtaking views over the golf of Naples with Mount Vesuvius and Naples, the islands too, on the far background. A front row to sunsets! Nothing really. Perhaps not easily connected to the historic center but the hotel offers a free shuttle

Photos on booking are misleading. The hotel has no public area view of the landscape. The only decent views are from specific rooms and that is by no means clear.

I love everything about this stay! We stayed for 3 nights but wished it was more time. The view of the room was spectacular. The food was amazing, and I would say that even better than some restaurants in the downtown area. The staff was always very nice and helpful. They also offered us other experiences during our stay and we went to a beach. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that ones to be relaxed, have a great view and great food without bwing surrounded by so much people.

Amazing stay with amazing view and exceptionally attentive and caring staff! We felt welcomed and taken care of. The room was super clean and in general the whole premises look neat and tidy. The view - unbeatable for Sorrento, waking up and saying good morning to Vesuvius was a great experience. We have pre-ordered the dinner - highly recommended. We did not use the shuttle service but was extremely happy with the free parking, it is a blessing and relief while you are in Sorrento and around.

Antonella organized a wonderful tour to the Amalfi Coast for us, arranging convenient pickup directly from the hotel. They consistently went above and beyond, even asking the night before our early departure if we wanted a packed breakfast to take on the road. I will absolutely choose to stay here again. Thank you all once more for the outstanding experience. I like everything, even the dinner was excellent, which I recommend to eat at the hotel, and they provided transportation to downtown at no extra cost.

Staff were so considerate and helpful with places to eat, towels for the beach, etc. Felt like home.

Booked a room for my partners Birthday I told the owner / Manager about the special night booked dinner in the restaurant! What a let down they didn’t do anything special at all not even wished her happy birthday!!!! Romantic Relais I don’t think so!!!! I wished we had stayed and ate somewhere else

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Romantic Relais! Antonella and Giuseppe were so welcoming and were wonderful hosts. Breakfast every morning was fabulous and the dinner we had was excellent! The shuttle into town made Sorrento easily accessible and was extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again someday. The views of Sorrento are spectacular!

Words simply do not do justice to this place. It is spectacular from the gorgeous room with large patio overlooking the sea to the fantastic meals provided by Antonella. Her and Giussepe are the most gracious hosts and just plain lovely people. Hands down the finest place I have ever been. Not one thing. The attention to detail is beyond belief!
