The Night Guest House Sorrento

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Sorrento. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, the bus stop, the train station, and the waterfront. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with Vito, the host was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sorrento and would definitely stay here again on a future trip. This property met all of my expectations! Some highlights were the floor space -- hard to find places with enough room to keep a suitcase open! The bathroom had plenty of sink space as well. The shower was a good size and the balcony was adorable. We were provided with an espresso machine and espresso pods as well as wifi and a mini fridge. This room was perfect! Communication with the staff was easy and they were very kind. The location was maybe slightyly out of the way but we enjoyed the scenic 10 minute walk into the city center.

The location is very close to stores, restaurants, and ferries. The room is big and the ac worked well. The apartment is on a busy street and you can hear the traffic at night. The WiFi did not stay on all the time and kept coming in and out.

The beds were not the most comfortable and it was very loud outside to try to fall asleep, since it is so close to the main area. We accidentally left a shirt hanging in the closet when we left, and right away I reached out to the host about it, but it was “not there” after the room was cleaned.

Clean Good location but little busy

Excellent location for main street in Sorrento, back apartments quiet with no street traffic noise. Excellent host!

Excellent host - very friendly and gave us useful information about the area. Room was nicely decorated and felt well cared for. Very near to main shops and restaurants, as well as the train station and coastal views. Nice to have a balcony even though it is on to a main road. We were very luck to be there on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday so were able to see three different processions and had a perfect view from the balcony. Near to main road so be aware there will be traffic noise

The location is great, near the heart of Sorrente but on a busy street. The room was clean and large enough for a short stay, and the owner was helpful and accommodating with us. However the neighbours were not very respectful and shouting/laughing until late/starting soon (also customers and the walls are thin). Didn't have hot water in the morning. Also some power plugs in the room would be better ?

Booking.com indicated my early check in time was approved but I received a message from the property that check in was a different time. When I tried to contact the property there was no response. Didn’t get any info until a day before which we were traveling all day.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Sorrento and walking distance to everything. Best pizza / pasta restaurant right downstairs. Mini mart and laundromat next door. Lovely balcony to enjoy breakfast on. Comfy beds, spacious room. Bathroom was ok. We were very happy we chose here. We lost hot water one night (other guests must have used it all in an overly long shower), but Vito, our host, was very responsive, and we were back with hot water before too long. Not a drama at all.

The location was perfect. The host was very attentive. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the road noise was very loud and you are next to the hospital, so you hear lots of sirens. Maybe have ear plugs to sleep with because of the noise

The host is the best host I ever had, helps with everything you want, the room was clean and supplied with everything you need, the location simply the best Maybe it could more soundproof

Lovely and brilliant property situated near to the Centre of Sorrento. The room is spacious, very clean, beautiful and we had everything we needed. The staff is exceptional, very polite, helpful and friendly. If you are first time visiting Italy you will not regret choosing this place to stay. We really recommend staying here. Really good location, comfortable bed, the host is kind and replies quickly. Restaurants, stores and the center are really close. We recommend. The isolation, difficult to sleep without the earplugs, lots of noise from the street and you can hear the people from other rooms. The AC makes noise. The shower needed some more cleaning.
