Quality Inn South Bend Near Notre Dame

Everything was great. Very clean and nice. The shower was a walk in shower, which I loved. The floors were clean, some places makes it scary to walk around bare foot. The staff was very friendly as well. Over all, it was a nice place to stay.

You get what you pay for as far as the price. The shower was super gross, and the toilet was loose when you sat on it. The staff was super friendly and nice but the pictures

The property was under construction with dangerous materials throughout the hallways, strange men coming and going, the smell of marijuana inside, loud bangs all night long, people hanging out in the hall way in the middle of the night. It felt unsafe. I could go on. Fortunately we arrived at night and left first thing in the morning. We skipped showers because it was so gross in the bathroom with moldy grout. We also had to pay a $30 pet “cleaning fee” for our non shedding, very quiet and clean 20 lb cockapoo, which felt wrong considering how disgusting the property was. Don’t believe the photos!

The front desk person was polite. It was under renovation and there was debris everywhere. The shower was gross, rusty, and falling apart.

Room when I needed it Construction all day on our floor, dust everywhere, no notice about renovations being done, no water pressure till the night time, breakfast was very limited ate out instead, bugs due to side doors being open and spider on our beds

Good coffee and decent breakfast included in nice large dining area. Free parking was plentiful. Bed comfortable. Wifi accessible. Pet friendly. Location in run-down area of town with many closed businesses. Most of the hotel was torn up in a major renovation, full of dust and debris. Staff not friendly. Tub, sink, and toilet stained. Soap dispenser missing. Blinds and door stained. Some wood rotting. TV channels cutting in and out. Pet fee not advertized ($30 per night). I realize that many of the things listed here are the reasons for undergoing a renovation, but I'd advise checking on whether that is finished before staying here.

It was ok for the price, but a little out dated the bathroom. Could use some upgrades in the room.

THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE!!!

The staff was rude and I never checked in the hotel room. He didn’t even look up my reservation number or nothing.

The location, the beds were comfortable, staff were nice, and price was decent. I understand it was under construction, outside doors were propped open which isn't providing security. Main room was clean and updated, the bathroom could use some work. Clean towels (not stains) would have been nice.

Only stay here as a last ditch effort. The "quality" is not really there.

Mold in bathroom showers, so-so clean in room, window blind was broke, and remote control for TV wasn’t in the room, no way to use the TV. Just needs to be renovated, only thing that was “clean” was the Lobby area.

Breakfast is appropriate for the stay..coffee avail 24/7..hotel situated in area filled with restaurants & attractions. Free WiFi. Rooms very clean and updated. Continue the remodeling… We liked everything!!

Breakfast was so horrible we ordered in from elsewhere. We were unable to take a breakfast plate to our room without being charged a fee. No extra towels were allowed. Wifi didn't work. Very loud hallways/doors. Did not live up to the websites reviews.

My hotel room bathroom had mold in the shower. The bathroom was extremely dirty. They didn't want to move me. They told me they couldn't switch me Because I was gone. They won't refund my money even after me telling them I would not stay in the room. They got air fresheners in the middle of the hallway Trying to mask the Smell when the whole hotel smells horrible. The breakfast area was extremely nasty. Food spilt all over everywhere. The lady that was assisting me was touching The food with her hands and talking on her cellphone as she was fixing breakfast. The Food service area was also Filthy. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A STRAY DOG TO STAY THERE!!!
