Old property not well kept. Not worth the money.

The parking was adequate. The staff was most helpful. The room was adequately clean.

Overall stay was a total disaster. First thing walking through our hotel room spoke for itself. The furniture looked as if it were collected through multiple thrift stores, there was an apparent water damage all over the room, safety concerns, the list can go on. Staff did not appear to care to assist to upgrade our room and care to reach back out to Expedia to assist us with any sort of refund. My family and I will never stay here again.

    Pleasant

For $200+ a night not horrible but this place isn’t the cleanest. The floors have a lot of damage. There is clear calking everywhere. One of the lamps didn’t turn on. Shower ran hot water. The environment was okay. The pictures of this place are old for sure

I was attending a concert over at Caesars outdoor auditorium which is around the corner. The hotel was very convenient. And served its purpose, but it was not fancy.

Helpful staff. Good location, close to restaurants and stores

The room was dirty. Mom’s in shower. White poster on nightstand. Tennis ball under bed. Holes in wall. Mismatched paint. Heater falling apart. Cobwebs in bathroom. Nails sticking out of mismatched flooring. We were traveling as part of a party. We got there slightly before check in and they said we could have the room next to our friends, gave us the room number and said they would text when the room was ready. They never text, so when I went back at check in time they said there was no notation of anything, that room was already given away, and assigned us a room across the complex. Of the people in line in front of us, one was checking out without even staying because there was vomit on her toilet, and the other was there because the ac was pumping out cold air. At 9am some hotel staff knocked on our door, and before we could even holler a reply WALKED IN OUR ROOM. He saw my daughter and I laying in bed, waved and walked out. So unacceptable.

The stay was calm and relaxing and the location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. As for the room, well we got a room with carpet and it was not very sanitary. We found shorts that did not belong to us next to the bed, someone’s underwear behind the toilet and the sink and bathroom looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Found a lot of hair on the first day on the floor. Luckily I bring my own cleaning stuff to give it quick wipe down and disinfectant. The towels and blankets were clean. The room could use an upgrade as it was very outdated. Lots of dust, didn’t feel comfortable using the coffee machine. Since we were there for more days we thought it was nice to have a washer and dryer near our room, finding out it didn’t work. The cleanliness could use some work, next time I may consider staying elsewhere.

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. We checked in and the room had dried vomit on the carpet and stained towels.I refused to stay and would never go back!

It was nice to have the pool for my grandson to have fun and swim. First night we had really noisy neighbors next door the next two night were fine.

Convenient location to Caesars Amphitheater is the only good thing about the motel

We were initially placed in Room 402, but the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We were then moved to Room 406, where the air conditioning worked intermittently, leading to a rather uncomfortable stay in the heat. Additionally, we encountered issues with the toilet; it required manual intervention to flush, which involved removing the tank lid to pull the chain. Maintenance assured us they would address the problem, but they never came to fix it. Feeling neglected and uncomfortable with these ongoing issues, we ultimately chose to leave before completing our stay. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

    Bad

Our room with a spa tub was very clean (you could smell the bleach); however, when we got into the room further the bathroom smelt like sewage. We went to target and bought a Yankee candle to help cover the smell. The lights and light fixtures were flickering and or several burnt out bulbs. There wasn’t a closet in the room, nor was there any attempt to create an area where you could hang your clothes. There were three electrical outlets in the whole room. They were used for lighting, refrigerator, and microwave. There was no outlet for the one cup coffee maker. We tried to complain to the staff about the quality of our room and were told that they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything about it. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Even someone I don’t like.

    Cheap and clean just not

The location was good. The voucher to get into the beach nearby was nice-- $5 to get into a private beach that would have cost $35/person. But we only got 1 per person in the room, and the beach was within walking distance so we only used it once. But that was a goody!
