AC or Cooler in room did not work very well and only one window opened. The temperature was uncomfortable at night but it's proximity to the lake and places to eat was nice and great staff
-
Room was very overpriced for what it was.
-
Place was great, within walking distance of the beach and the neighborhood was safe too

The room was decent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, but the room smelled very unpleasant!!. Room only had two outlets, and lighting was very poor.

It’s an okay hotel if you stay for one day but even then it will take them about 2 weeks to even begin processing your 75$ fee, and for 75$ plus the room to pay you would think they could atleast clean the room while your out vacuum a bit change the towels maybe, but no they clean every other room but yours, everything has to be done over the phone especially asking for new towels but if you need them earlier than 8am bring your own they only give you 2

Affordable and clean, just an older motel which has a lot of 60's charm. Great breakfast place right next door to the motel. I would stay again.

Where do I start. Upon check-in we immediately noticed the paint bubbling and peeling off the walls in the room. We open the fridge to find it had mold inside, it was turned off and left to defrost and grow. It was night time so we cleaned it ourselves. After we clean the fridge I took a washcloth and wiped the table tops just to see and Lord behold it was brown . At this point honestly I don't know why we still stayed but we like to camp so we've been in dirtier situations . The ice machine is in a room that gets warm so the ice is partially melted when you get it and you have to use the door handle in a quick downward motion to even get the door open which I figured out. The pictures are deceiving, there is no beach access, there is a hotel directly behind it with fencing all the way around blocking you from entry and the rooms look nothing like the pictures, as a matter of fact there's one room with a white door on it and no door knobs, the blinds were open and you could see in there that it was the picture room haha! We found a workaround for access to the beach and just got my honey a scheduled massage at the spa in said Hotel so that we could have access. We did not see any staff for a majority of our stay until the last day and I advised the manager of some of the issues. Didn't really get much of a reaction like I assumed I would, just a vague response and partial blaming of staff. I will however say that the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Let’s start with the good: the location. You can walk to the beach and Heidi’s restaurant and a souvenir shop are right in the parking lot. Check in doesn’t start until 4 but by 8 it is after hours. The keys are left unsecured for you to pick up. I specifically booked a room that had one bed and a bunk bed. Expedia showed pics and we arrived to a room with 2 beds. When I called, they said they don’t have bunks anymore but offered a cot. The toilet did not flush well. We had to throw all our tp into a trash can because it wouldn’t flush down, and we called the desk but not sure if they did anything while we were out. We had to rig the chain with a safety pin. When we first got into the room, there was a used tissue on the floor next to the bed and a/c and there were multiple hairs and debris on a vanity counter. The coffee machine was filthy inside so we didn’t use it. The only accessible outlets are in the bathroom or attached to a high light in the closet area which needs to be on to use, or behind a nightstand where the lamp is plugged in; however, plugging anything in there causes a spark and the light to flicker and no plug can actually stay in securely so it’s not usable. One bed is inches away from the a/c so plan to freeze if you want the fan or a/c on.

My car broke down in Lake Tahoe, and I was in need of a last minute room to stay in while repairs were made. I was able to book a room at this Hotel for a reasonable price and made my way to the hotel. Check in appears to be at 4pm but I was able to check in before that with no issues. The room was pretty simple a bit outdated but nothing that would affect my stay at this hotel. The room is conveniently located within walkable beach area, store, and quick places to eat. Overall it was a great stay I would stay here again when I'm in town.

Fine basic lodging. Convenient. Clean.

So loud, I couldn't sleep. I had to knock on the door of the room next door to get them to turn off their TV. I eventually figured out how to unplug the incessantly loud refrigerator, and something outside kept coming by sounding like a vacuum cleaner late at night.

Everything worked- microwave, refrig, bathroom fixtures, AC, TV. Relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable. The room was reasonably clean. The check-in person was pleasant when she finally arrived. There is a popular breakfast place next door. The room appeared to be under refurbishment. Paint in patches all over. Part of the floor torn up. The bed was two feet from the AC, which made it uncomfortable for the person on that side. There was no bathroom fan. The non-bed furniture was in need of replacement. The office was not staffed. We had to make multiple calls to get checked in. The price was in the budget range, but still a bit high for the condition of the room. There were no bedside tables for phone charging.
