Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Clean room. Housekeeping was fantastic. The 2nd floor smelled like water logged carpets or old smoke. The breakfast was actually delicious. We didn’t get a chance to use a pancake machine cause it wasn’t working but other than that everything else was fabulous and I would stay there again.

All was good. Nothing special but nothing wrong.
-
Cleanliness, friendly staff and the breakfast is great!
-
Other than the elevator (rough rides) it was a great stay.
-
Unfortunately there are 2 issues. 1 being no bathroom exhaust fan working and the front of the A/C wouldn't stay closed. Minor issues that should be addressed. Room 105

Everything at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The whole property was well-maintained and our room was clean. Staff was wonderful as well.

We were greeted at 1am (we arrived much later than anticipated). The staff member who greeted us was cheerful and helpful. Our room was big, clean, quiet, comfortable, etc. The front desk attendant even provided my dad with a disposable razor which any fancy 5 star hotel would have charged him $10 for. It was so kind and unexpected. Also, access to all day coffee and the complementary water upon check-in was great! Breakfast also exceeded my expectations in every way.

My first night was terrible. The air went out and the maintenance man said he was coming to check on us but never came. We had to stay in a hot run until the next morning. Finally they had to mo e is to another room. The third night all of the tents had to stand outside for about 30 minutes because fire alarm kept going off.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Easy to get to.

Good deal, great breakfast, zero complaints!

Unfortunately, about 10:30 pm, the fire alarm rang. We all evacuated, the fire department came to check things out, and we were allowed to return to our rooms. Returning to sleep after this shock was difficult, all the more because the strobe light continues to flash and did so until after 1. We finally put something over our eyes to block out the blinking light and eventually managed to sleep. They said the problem was a failure of the sprinkler system...apparently the managing tech system responded with the alarm. Unfortunate for the hotel and its guests.
