Liked the villa, its yard, big living room and kids playground outside, but I did not like very much the staff (could have been nicer and a little bit more polite) and we didn’t like the fact that there was no one at the villa to help out with anything in case we needed (and we did a few times, we didn’t like the poor lighting in the room and the fact that we had ants.:(

Avoid at all costs! Nobody at property to accommodate us and also not answering calls. Only got in touch with em after calling booking.com costumer service. When finally reached them via phone we've been asked to drive to different location for check-in were receptionist was rather rude. Poor cleanliness as you'll see in pictures. Rooms are so short that I could touch the celling. There is literally no windows, only source of natural light is the tiny balcony door - felt more like a hobbit house tbh. Not to mention mould in the shower and "mountain view"- see picture.

In the centre of Sovata. Very difficult to find. No parking. Only if you want to park at the main hotel and to come to stay at the Vila. A lot of stairs to climb which is not so pleasant with luggage’s. In the bathroom was a lot of mould. I paid for a room with sofa bed and was necessary to call at the reception to receive the cover sheets. The only reception is at the main hotel.

To be honest, the water pressure in the shower The placement, hard to get to, the vila has no reception also no instructions that we have to go elsewhere Room was dirty (huge water stains on the floor, weird smell, hair on the bed and beddings) "Amenities" as in coffee machine, etc none were working, request to fix was also ignored even tho they are presented when booking A view, was not a view, it was the front neighbors wood storage

We loved the location. Very close to downtown Sovata. Walking distance. Clean room. They provided a baby crib which was somewhat helpful although the crib was missing a bottom pad we used many blankets we had so we can make it more comfortable for baby. We have a 1.5 yr old. They have a baby playground on site we didn’t get to use as it was raining when we traveled The beds were firm (hard) the lighting was poor it was so dark they need more lights for sure, in the bathroom I couldn’t see anything literally was hard to do your makeup as well. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you have little babies and need to carry your stroller as there are many stairs to go up until you get to your location. They need a bathroom lock or some other solution baby could easily get in bathroom. The light switch was very low again baby can reach.

Excellent location close to Bear Lake, comfortable big room, very nicely decorated and modern. Access to a common terrace and coffee machine. The room at the ground floor was a little moist.

A wonderful, cozy and pleasent place with a good mood ? Nothing not to like ?

Comfortable and clean. The downstairs area is perfect for socializing Too many TV channels in Hungarian and not many in Romanian/English

The food was great with a large variety of menu. It was difficult to get the vila and the hotel with the stroller.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, quiet area.
