Maybe the room could have been a bit bigger.

This is the third time I've spent a few days at Hotel Crystal in the last 6 months, I think other comments are superfluous. Nothing to complain.

The staff and facilities were amazing, food was exceptional, i will definetly come back. -

Very nice and clean hotel, quiet room, very nice and helpful staff, very good spa facilities, fast wifi, overall excellent stay. The food in general, the breakfast wasn't very good, the restaurant has a large menu, too large and not the particularly good food. Grilled chicken, wasn't really grilled. For how nice the hotel is, modern, clean, well kept, the restaurant doesn't match that at all. In the bathroom there is a mirror with an extra button which is lighted up and can't be switched off and generally wouldn't be an issue, if the bathroom door would be made of wood and not glass. Also, under the sink there is a strip of LED lights which you can't switch off at all in the night, which make too much light in the room.

The food at every meal was awesome. Many choices for all types of customers Pillows could have been better but that is probably just me

Everything looks like new. All spaces are clean and fresh. SPA with all you need, salt and sweet pool, three sauna categories, salt room. Ice waterfall, Swedish bath (10*C). Spacious room with all the necessary amenities, balcony, large beds, TV, minibar, coffee maker, welcome water bottle. Bathroom equipped with everything you want, dental care, beard care, even a shoe shiner and shoe helper. I booked half board. The breakfast and dinner buffet type were very varied and tasty. Kind and friendly staff. A huge free parking, very important for this crowded place. Nothing to complain

I really recommend this hotel. We had half board, the food is really great, tasty, you can find also traditional or healthy food. The staff very friendly , everything was just perfect

We could not open the windows in the economy room. The room smelled like mold.

Has everything what you need for a pleasant stay. There is no such a thing.

Everything, but most of all the kindness of every single staff member High standards, perfect for a pleasant stay, offering a weekend getaway that meets all needs. I especially liked that both breakfast and dinner were included in the price – we didn’t have to think about meals or go elsewhere. We went there to relax, and the location, the fantastic terrace, the tranquility, and the view all contributed to achieving that goal.

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is courteous, and the hotel is very clean. The SPA is amazing. The pool is very big with plenty of space for swimming and/or relaxing in the jetted areas. There is another heated pool outside and that one is also a decent size. The SPA is reserved only for the hotel guests so is not crowded at all. I loved the water slides. The salt pool is also amazing. Food is excelent with plenty of options to choose from (we had breakfast included). We also tried the dinner buffet one night and it was very goof food. Fresh and a lot of options. The hotel is close (walking distance) to the lakes. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and I will be back again if I find myself in the area. The fan running constantly in the bathroom. I’m sensitive with noise and that was very annoying.
