Western Village Inn & Casino by Peppermill Resorts

Great room!

The rooms were excellent the bed is very comfortable hospitality was good they supply water and coffee and great service

Everything was great. My objection is the smoking in the casino!! Horrible smell

People coming in from casino can be noisy. We stayed on second floor. Was clean. There was a scuffle outside at 5:00am. Loud and unnecessary

Nice area, next to the marina.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, third floor was quiet. Western Village provides very good value.

Initially this trip was going to be a bit longer and I made a reservation for two nights. When I learned that I was only needing one night I made a separate reservation whie forgeting to cancel my previous reservation. Technically the hotel could have charged me for the night I did not show up but they were so kind and did not do this. In fact, when I did check in I inquired about MY mistake and was informed it was already taken care of. This is the type of business/hotel I enjoy doing business with. Like I already wrote, I have stayed on this property at least 20 times as I travel to Reno/Sparks 3 times a year and usually for multiple days. This hotel completely satisfies my needs including the snack bar with some delicious gelato!

The breakfast area was small and cramped.

Food was great.

The room was in perfect condition

The staff were very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this place. I booked my next trip there.

The room was clean. We had dinner at the steakhouse. It was AMAZING!! Tilly, our server, was spectacular!! A must go if you stay here!!!

It was easy to find. Had everything we needed. While pass though on a road trip. I would stay there again.

Clean room

Rooms were clean and separated from casino with some of the best AC for a hotel. Casino was very nice w ith some of the best comped liquor i have seen, but it just did not have table games which I prefer. Get a players club card as it is good at peppermill too which was also great for gaming. Restaurants were excellent at casino and there are tons around and close by. The rooms are outdated, but clean and 100% suitable and completely filled our needs. Place was great

The room we stayed in needed some TLC. The lamps where broken and one of the chairs had teeth/chew marks on them. The bedding was comfortable and the restaurants on the property where good/affordable.

Bed was particularly comfortable with an abundance of pillows. Highly recommend for reasonably priced accommodations and outstanding staff and facilities.
