Made the trip to Reno much better

It was clean and new and had free parking. The shower door would not stay closed. The bathroom door was a barn door. Fox News was on in the dining area and also a weird Christian preacher was on TV in the dining room Sunday morning. Breakfast was standard just add water hotel slop.

Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by 2 hostesses that were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The entire inn was very clean. The room was extremely comfortable

This was the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, great location, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. We got a balcony room with a view of the lake. It was great!

Thumbs up. Air conditioning worked but there was some wrong with the unit. Wasn’t consistent. Fan varied and made a lot of noise. No one on sight to look at it.
