The room was nicely done and looked very clean. The pool was clean and lots of parking lot. The property outside looks old and run-down. Outdated small TVS. The toilets are slow to flush.

Pretty much everything other than the rowdy kids everywhere It’s an actual apartment complex connected to another apartment complex and EVERYONE shared the pool area, the first night we had absolutely no chance of getting in. Also there were little boys hanging out right outside our back door who were completely out of control fighting cussing and no parents in sight for hours, my 6 year old son was too scared to go out and play.

I like the fact that it was close to the freeway. It's secure. Rooms are clean. That's a good stay every time I did not like booking.com's rates because I got charged $100 and something dollars extra after I had originally got a quote in between that and getting a confirmation number the price went up $115? And then they want to give me bus rides which cost $120 from the airport to there. But I never go to their part and I never need rides I always thought my own vehicle. I don't like booking.com taking my funds first and then I have to pay another fee on top for a deposit fee which I don't mind with the hotel but booking they didn't return it either. I'm probably not going to pay through booking anymore I don't know how to do that I'll just have to call directly to Thunderbird

This is a condo in a condo development. Place was huge with comfortable bed, clean and well equiped kitchen. Very good value! Perfect for a family of 4.

Everything is comfortable the people were very nice a nice stay

Great stay, only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable.

Very clean and excellent price. I highly recommend.

Loved the location, the kitchen and the layout as well as the landscaping. However, the living room furniture and bed were not comfortable to sleep or sit on. There was supposed to be a "Welcome" package in our room -- there wasn't. Couldn't figure out how to get on the internet and no one on the front desk knew how either. Wasn't keen on the fact that there was not a human on the front desk to interact with. It was all done through cameras and very automated. It didn't feel very personal.
