Nothing Rude staff, over priced, not clean

Room is clean motel is newer. The bed wasn't bad and I'm used to a hybrid pillow top, got a good night's sleep. Coming in the front door the staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me a room that was quiet I appreciate that however on similar trips walking in from the parking lot to the front desk and elevator up to my room I noticed somebody was outside smoking a cigarette and they were there for a long time right out the door which if you're a non-smoker you know you don't like it's not a deal breaker on this room or this hotel for sure but I felt like they could make a place for the smokers that was away from the front door that's just my opinion I guess you can't have everything I probably would stay here again.

Good property good staff

Staff was friendly, overall nice neighborhood. Close enough to walk to a very nice clean community park for the kids and Riva’s Mexican restaurant, hot dog place and raisin canes. If you like coffee in the room bring your own there was no coffee pot or skillet or sauce pan to use the stove to cook or heat something up. Bed was ok the queen bed was a little harder than I like. But over all felt it was worth the money and would stay here again but will bring my coffee pot.

Only 1 thing being our room was the very first room on the bottom floor next to the front desk. So we heard *everyone* coming and going.
-
Really nice room for the price and the grab and go breakfast wasn’t bad as well
-
N/A The beds are too firm

I was able to obtain some items from the front desk by asking for them. The entire hotel smelled like a toilet had overflowed. It was very off putting. The elevator was slow as cold molasses and the carpets in the hallways were stained and hadn’t seen a vacuum in months. I will NOT stay here again nor will I intentionally stay at this companies other locations just on principle.

I love that it was quiet, I purposely stayed here and not at one of the casinos because I wanted a calm environment as I was here for work. I also enjoy how close is to everything, lots of shopping and restaurants. n/a

Could use milk…and orange juice that you don’t have to pay $3.50 for.

The man that helped me check in was fabulous, I wish I could remember his name. He was super helpful, very charismatic, and friendly. He just transferred here from Maryland and was legitimately so happy to be here and his positivity was infectious. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is continental -- think yogurt, granola bars, instant oatmeal and prepackaged muffins. Not super satiating, but an acceptable snack if you're in a hurry. I've stayed in other hotels that have better continental options so maybe keep that in mind. I don't think I would stay here for an extended period of time if I didn't absolutely have to though.
