Was without power from 8 pm until 3 am due to a storm and nothing was mentioned or even apologized for the inconvenience. I know it wasn’t their fault but some kind of compensation for the inconvenience would be nice as the was no AC or way to charge my phone etc

Clean and satisfactory for one night. No charge for pets was very nice, the reason it was chosen. Very hard to navigate to after dark. Road to the motel was a confusing jumble of roads from the interstate.

The room was clean and bug free. I liked the upgraded bathroom. The area was peaceful, no loud neighbors. The king size bed was a little uncomfortable. I woke up with backaches.

I like the privacy and that the staff was not too nosy but were there if needed. I feel the rate was a bit much only because I found that a hotel close by for the same rate or close to it offers breakfast and had a pool for the same rates.

Right off the highway, a half mile from a public park/arboretum. Perfect if you are traveling with a dog! TV had a million good channels instead of the nonsense 14 you see at a hilton. There was no clock in the room, but as everyone carries a computer with the sum total of human knowledge accessible to them, this overlooked item seems superfluous.

Horrible experience. Rooms were never cleaned properly. Found a meth pipe in the bed that was made up. Previous room before move was used and dirty and yet still marked clean and assigned in the system. Did not like the manager/owner. When I expressed my frustrations, he denied anything could happen like that . Took a while to get a refund but still haven't received the funds to my account.

Stay away from this hotel. Not safe. When checking in we were told 30% of the time when scanning the card to get into the room someone may already be in the room because the manager of the hotel makes reservations and doesn't update the system or let the front desk employee know that the room had already been reserved. The desk clerk wouldn't call the room to see if anyone was in the room or go check the room to see if anyone was in the room. The desk clerk said if someone is in the room bring the key back and she will refund us. I said i don't feel safe knowing thst someone can walk in on me and i can walk in on them and would like to cancel reservation. I recieved my refund but lost my creidt from Hotels.com.

Air conditioner started making noise about 1 until we left noise all night long car horns you didn’t feel safe so we only stayed 1 night

Room was clean, area was quiet, staff were very helpful and professional. My key card was not working when I first got the room, but the maintenance man came later in the evening and fixed the problem for me.
