The only thing I liked about this hotel was the large parking lot. Traveling with a truck and trailer during bike week the parking lot is large enough to accommodate everyone traveling with large trailers. But the rooms are in some serious TLC. Mold in the ceiling of the bathrooms, the sink would not drain, and the TV a prior guest or someone put parent code on so we could not watch the TV (master code, ect... would not work) it took some time to make the stuff believe the TV would not work, but they did eventually fixed it. Hopefully in the near future they will remodel the Hotel it needs it.

Property needs to be remodeled, carpet filthy. mid week we asked for a room refresh, sheet change and it didn’t happen. Lucky 13 bar was the only good part.

The room was clean however the tub did not drain. We mentioned it to the front stafff to repair.

The hotel was good and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

Our room was dirty. Tile floor was sticky, dirty wash clothes hanging in the shower curtain (4 of them), the carpet wash stained all over, and the air conditioner did not work.

Facility is getting outdated and run down. Due for a make over.

Initially when we showed up our room was not ready. The staff was very helpful sorting out a new room. The bathroom was a little run down but other than that it was okay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile to assist us. The toilets water all too low, even the one in the handicapped accessible public restroom. For a person that has mobility issues that is a big problem.

Great, clean place to stay. The pool, hot tub and arcade are a great addition!
