Aspalathos Residence

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and in a great location - just a couple of minutes' walk from Diocletian's Palace. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Everything was freshly made and delicious! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Location is the best. Room is clean and comfortable. Service is superb.

I arrived to Split early and the property was very accommodating with allowing me to store my luggage until check in! Such a life saver! Lovely apartment. Close to everything you want to see and do. The breakfast was great. Simple and fresh. We would definitely book this apartment again! Thank you for being such lovely hosts.

We instantly fell in love with this lovely hotel- the friendliest staff who were warm and welcoming, spotless room with high function and a location that made it easy to embrace this lively city. Breakfast was superb and a nice way to start the morning in peace. We can’t wait to return.

This property is ideally located to everything. The staff was amazing - especially Nancy! The room was large, quiet with incredible AC - super important for those very hot days!

Everything- the Location couldn’t have been better for shops, bars, eateries, sea front & marina, yet tucked away enough to be quiet for sleeping. Tastefully decorated, clean, Air conditioned good sized rooms, nice bedding & towels changed daily, large walk in powerful shower with ‘ritual’ brand toiletries. Restaurant on site, good menu & tasty food, at a reasonable price, good drinks choice and the included breakfast of choice was plentiful & fab - the staff from collecting at the airport to arrival, in the restaurant & domestic staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly & helpful. The Aspalathos Residence Hotel is perfect for a break in Split and we would highly recommend it There is nothing to not like

So very convenient, modern and clean and comfortable inside, and traditional outside, with the restaurant so accessible and good. Only did not like the stairs, but not bad at all.

The location in Split was fantastic - quiet yet everything within 2-5 minutes walking. The staff were extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Breakfast was simple, fresh and generous. The double glazing meant that absolutely no noise from restaurant downstairs. Beautiful rooms

Very modern and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff providing great service. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting. Very convenient location. There are some stairs to navigate which can be challenging for older folks, however the staff was very helpful with the luggage.

Location and staff were wonderful. We would stay again :) Maybe a place to hang clothes like in the bathroom or wall near entrance (or the closet with the safe could have a rod and put hangers)

Spacious updated room, nice decor, quiet, pleasant view. Restaurant below was handy both for breakfast and other meals. I think we could order what we wanted from the menu for breakfast, included. Although outside of Diocletian's Palace we could walk to it in a few minutes and surrounding the hotel are many shops and restaurants. Stairs, but I understand why no elevator in an historic property. While staff was helpful when consulted, it's really rooms above a busy restaurant which occupies the time of the staff more than the hotel guests. Oddly for a very up to date room, there was no place to hang or store clothes: no hooks, no hangers in a closet, no drawers or adequate shelves. The large bathroom had exactly one rather short towel rack in the shower. No place for towels near the sink or on the long walls.

Loved that they were standing outside waiting for our arrival and quickly grabbed our suitcases to take upstairs. Quiet room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Loved the outside upstairs patio that was for hotel guests only. We ordered food and drinks from the pizza restaurant below and they brought it all up to the patio for us to enjoy!

I loved the restoration of the building. They did a great job. The place was comfortable and the staff very friendly! The breakfast was amazing. A little lost at night as it is above a restaurant but not that bad and would definitely come back.

The location is great, and the facilities are modern and tidy. The staff is also very friendly and flexible.

Really good cooked breakfast, large modern room with a big wet room/bathroom, friendly staff made us feel very welcome, nice location in the old town TV was fiddly to work
