Good breakfast
-
Location near port and train station Very limited selection of breakfast items

From checking in until leaving everything was great. The front desk staff is always available and helpful and the breakfast individuals (he is called Gabriel and I am so sorry I forget her name but is South African and Croatian) is excellent. Helped with directions and recommendations. I extended my stay to 12 days because of them. I will be back. Further variety at breakfast would be welcome. I liked the breakfast just would be nice to have other items occasionally.

Location and general cleanliness of hotel The breakfast could have been better, limited and hot food cold

I paid for my room through booking.com well in advance of my arrival, but few days before my arrival I got a message from hotel saying they are not able to get the money from booking. Booking claimed that the hotel did get the money and was trying to charge them 2nd time. What really happened between hotel and booking.com I don't know, I just know that I paid for the room and this should not be my problem. When I arrived at the hotel they insisted that I have to pay again to them directly if I want to get my room. They also promised me that hotel's manager (who I didn't get to meet) will initiate refund process through booking and I'll get back my money there. They said they will take care of it, so I don't need to do anything myself. Almost two weeks have passed after my stay there and there were no news from booking regarding this refund, so I called booking's customer support to check on the progress. They told me they were not aware of any refund being processed, but they offered to initiate dispute for double charge. After I submitted the required data I got message next day saying they will refund me my money and I got it back a day or two later. A little caveat being that when I paid through booking - I got some discount, but I paid full rate at the hotel and in the end refund is for the discounted amount. Long story short - very unpleasant experience due to this. At best hotel is using it's guests as hostages to settle disputes with booking, at worst they are straight up trying to scam their guests. It should not be guest's problem where and how the money went after they paid for the room, hotel should sort it out with booking. Oh, almost forgot, breakfast was pathetic.

Very convenient location for trains, ferries and buses. Friendly and helpful staff who were available even though my arrival was very delayed. They also prepared me a delicious special, allergen free breakfast (with advance notification). Comfortable warm room

very frindly people Not applicable

The breakfast was so special—not a buffet, but instead they served lots of carefully selected and yummy dishes, each one thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, making our morning feel relaxed, personal, and a little indulgent. NA

The front desk staff was great. They went above & beyond with recommendations for dinner & helping with maps. Location was close to the harbor & the bus station. The coffee at breakfast was cold. Pancakes were cold.

Great location, double room for family with a great view, friendly stuff, tasty breakfast, parking around the corner, wellness with sauna and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi did not work properly (not strong enough). A little loud in the evening (traffic).

Nothing

Excellent location, specious bathroom, clean and parking available . polite staff Breakfast could be better, not much variety of food. No honey!;-)

Good location. Cool xeaign The health area needed work. The Jacuzzi was barely warm, the sauna was turned off. And the water machine in the gym area was broken. Apparently all had been mentioned to staff before. But nothing had been fixed.

Location, rooms, breakfast It’s a bit more expensive
-
The property is exceeding a clean and updated The location is perfect for walking to all sites in Split

The location was excellent, and it was within walking distance of the city center and the port. It was especially great for us; we took a high-speed boat to Dubrovnik. Not, that I can think of right now. Maybe later.

Location Reserved 2 beds, got 1. Hair dryer worked for 3 seconds at a time. There was one very small window. I asked for extra blanket and never got it. It was very expensive for what it was.

The location was nice. Although kind of expensive for a boutique hotel. Also in the bathroom was not 100% clean. The stuff was amazing tho
