The location was perfect and the room was very quiet. The stuff was amazing. They were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Breakfast was awesome, Anthony went over and above helping us retrieve our luggage. Very much appreciate everything he did.

Absolutely loved this stay. The staff’s kindness and hospitality sets this place apart. We loved the homemade breakfast with beverage options, freshly made eggs/omelets, crepe pancakes, and other meats/cheeses. We had to leave early one morning and the staff kindly prepared us a bag with breakfast snacks. They gave great local recommendations for things to do and made us feel right at home. The room was clean and more spacious than expected. Highly recommend! It’s a bit of a tight one way street to drive down with a car, but we managed.

The Royal Suites location is fantastic. Close to all the sites and excitement. Yet, quiet and cozy location. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Starting with us ringing the bell at the main door and Toni darts down to greet us and carry our bags up the stairs. There is a strong sense of pride and history given that it is Toni's family hotel for many years. And this great customer service carries over to all the staff that we met. Breakfast is delicious. Beverages and snacks always available. Room is comfortable, spacious and quiet. We had a 4:30 a.m. departure and the taxi man that the hotel arranged for us was very prompt and friendly. We felt in great hands in Split thanks to the Royal Suites. Thank you! No complaints.

It was very clean. Breakfast room was open 24/7. We dealt with three different young men at the desk. All very extremely nice, friendly and helpful!! The location was good for visiting the harbor and Old Town. Nothing

Breakfast was great , along with evening nightcaps ! Duje and Toni were great advisors on restaurants and site seeing . Also on parking assistance. Very safe and location great . Highly recommend. The weather , lol .

Easy to reach the Old Town Nothing

Location is excellent. Price was affordable, the apartment was equiped well with everything you need and the staff was responsive.

This is a very centrally located hotel. The walk to old town was around 8-10 minutes. The rooms were large, bright, and airy. The daily breakfast was also very good. I would also like to commend the reception staff - Toni and Anthony. They were both very helpful with travel tips, places to eat, and things to see.

Incredible breakfast, exceptional customer service. We had a huge room with 2 queen beds and 2 large comfortable chairs, a TV and a big closet. For some reason, the bathroom was tiny, literally no room to even bend over or any counter space. I ended up sustaining a serious burn on the back of my leg because I set my turned-off curling iron on the toilet bowl lid to cool it off and backed into it. Getting out of the shower the step down was so far, I stepped on the towel, slipped and almost did the splits. The size of this bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship. There’s no place on the outside of the bathroom to style your hair or blow dry it. No shelves in the shower for your shampoo, conditioner, loofah sponge, etc. Whoever designed this tiny box of a bathroom is clueless and needs to try it their self. I measured the actual floor space and it was no more tan a few feet.

Breakfast good, excellent location. Anthony very helpful. Sorry,made a minor correction to previous review. Only issue is that it was hard to find as the name is not outside anywhere and it looks like an office building. It would've been helpful if a picture was included.

ROYAL SUITES were exactly what we like when traveling. Beautiful boutique hotel with extremely clean, comfortable rooms. A PLUS, was the moderate walk to the port and Riva. Full breakfast with many choices to start your day. The food was always excellent. (Love the fruit pancakes) We were greeted by Antonio, who was absolutely the Greatest. He helped with our luggage, helped with directions, restaurants, and local sites to visit. This was as good of an experience as we could have wanted in Split. It is a 1 1/2 floor walk up. But an eazy walk.

Our room was very clean and housekeeping had our room cleaned when returned from breakfast. They are very efficient at this hotel. The location was very convenient for a lot of boat trips, restaurants and many historical sites. The tv was a bit dated. No way to stream Netflix, Prime Video or other streaming services. We could not mirror our Apple phones. They just need to get the small external streaming device. They are very inexpensive. It could be a great addition for a stay. Especially when your tired and want to watch tv for a while.
