Briig Boutique Hotel

This is a fantastic hotel. Staff are great, food is great. Friendly, design-led place to use as location to explore Split. I've stayed here a few times. Carpets on the room floors are dated and worn which brings down the overall level of quality of the hotel.

Location food room and staff were excellent. The price point is high, but worth it

The location is unbeatable if you don’t like being in the city center. It’s only a 10 minute walk to old town. Breakfast is everything you want and more and the staff is super friendly. We were initially given a very disappointing room with no shower, although the hotel resolved that issue quickly. Unfortunately, the replacement room had a series of problems that kept occurring throughout our stay. To the hotel’s credit, each issue was addressed promptly, and they were kind enough to offer compensation for the inconvenience. The building is brand new, but the construction quality and finishing are surprisingly poor. There were several luxury cars parked out front, which create an image of quality, but it’s the attention to detail inside the hotel that really matters—and that’s where this property falls short.

The room was lovely, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. It was across the street from the beach. It was walking distance from the city center and ferries.

My breakfast was completely ruined — I was served a platter with food that someone had already eaten. The croissant clearly had a bite taken out of it.”

Fran was an amazing help in rebooking us when our flight was cancelled because of the KLM strike. And I made a mistake on the rebooking. He took pity on me in my confusion and helped me so much. He reassured me that we would have a room when we needed it. When we finally arrived , not only had he taken care of us, but rebooked us into the most spectacular, comfortable suite with a wonderful balcony overlooking the harbor, and so close to the exquisite pool. Thank you so much Fran! And the breakfast was just amazing - really first class- the hotel had very friendly staff at all points , bending over backward to assist. Everything so clean and lovely . Thank you thank you for taking care of these tired travelers! A very close and enjoyable walk to Split old town, through a nice neighborhood- nice beach and just a great experience. We will direct others your way! Everything was amazingly great!

It’s not worth the price.. bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working..the towels need to be changed cause some of them were not white so you don’t feel it’s clean.. the stuff were good but not great for 4 stars hotel .. I had better places with 4 stars and much less price yet a greater hosts and much friendly staff and cleaner towels..

The bed was really comfortable, room was big and offered clear view of the ocean, the breakfast was quite diverse and spaces very clean. The hotel is like an art gallery, so a great location for those who admire architecture and art! For the price asked and style, I would have expected fresh juice to be served for breakfast. And the massage service offered in the website, was not working.

The breakfast buffet (and service) was stylish and delicious. As an avid tea drinker, the tea selection could have been higher end (for such a high end hotel). Service was great, from check in to check out. Courteous, helpful, friendly. Absence of branded shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was a disappointment, again given the caliber of the hotel. Absence of nicer tea in the room. The cups provided were really small. Small detail - the cups at breakfast were a better size, but the hot water volume was only 2/3 cup so you'd end up needing to pour a second cup to fill your actual cup.

Modern and very comfortable. Great bed and bedding. Best robes and slippers we’ve experienced. Huge bath for a European hotel. Good breakfast and location. We got our Steps in walking to the old city, which might not be a plus for everyone. If you book avoid rooms facing the ocean. Both nights we were woken up multiple times from partiers yelling loudly. Nothing the hotel can do but they should make guests aware this is an issue before booking. Maybe not as bad on higher floors.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very nice. The hotel is modern, sleek and clean. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Loved the pool and sauna.

Love the design in the hotel and it feels very classic and relaxing. Breakfast is good. There are parking spaces outside hotel and it is only 10mins walk to harbor and old town. Hotel room is a bit Small but the bathroom is huge!
