Breakfast experience was amazing both days! Fast service with really great egg breakfasts and coffee was the best. Just down the way from all the fun but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. And by far enough away, I mean like a two minute walk to the fun stuff.

Intimacy and service was special

The hosts were superb and extremely helpful in all respects. We arrived very late due to a plane delay and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were able to get into our property after hours. They even lined up a private driver from airport when we put in a last minute request. Wonderful suite just a couple of steps from the garden where we enjoyed a superb breakfast. Nothing

Wonderful location 2 minutes to the Riva. Beautifully renovated old house with lots of charm & character, lovely boutique hotel. We had a room with a good size terrace which was nice to be able to sit out. Would recommend for authentic experience rather than the modern hotels. The only thing we felt could be improved was the lighting in the bathroom which was quite dark.

Staff is outstanding. Every member is friendly and helpful, with a good knowledge of the city. Very nice and clean, with an amazing location near the riva and old town. Nothing, it’s perfect just as it is.

The location was very close to everything. The breakfast was good. The shower was great. The staff was nice if not fully helpful This is most definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was small with nowhere to put anything except for a tiny armoire where you had to hang clothes facing forward. Not a single drawer nor anywhere to put your suitcase. The king bed had 2 pillows - they gave us 2 additional old pillows when we requested extra. The bedspread was quite worn. The desk was tiny and had a mini fridge shoved under it so very hard to squeeze your legs in to make it useful. The bathroom sink and mirror remained dirty for the duration of our 3-day stay. We had to finally ask for bathrobes on the 2nd day which they did bring. When we asked for water they gave us sink water. Not worth the money.

Great location. Good staff. Our particular room was very small.

Our car was safely parked in nearby public parking. However, it was $40 a day.

The staff was wonderful and they were always playing great music in the lobby during breakfast.
