Sailor Boutique Rooms

We had a lovely stay at the Sailor rooms. The host was responsive and helpful and the room and amenities were just what we needed. We were able to walk to several beaches and good restaurants.

Near the beach but far from old town The owner was not very clear and did not provide instruction to get on the property in advance. However he was nice to offer us to check in early at noon. We are 2 adult and 1 kids and he said he charge us extra which the amount enough for me to get an extra hotel stay.

Great location. Ten minute walk to old town. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast delivered to your room. Parking is all on the street. We were very lucky and got a space nearby right away. The exterior of the building had graffiti on it and looked sketchy but the inside is modern, soundproof, comfortable and well maintained.

Apartman je odlican. Sve sto vam je potrebno tu se moze pronaci. Jako cisto, moderno i uredno, dizajnerski uredjen apartman. Vrlo blizu centra, 10 minuta lagane setnje do Rive. Parking je odmah ispred zgrade i sasvim siguran.

Everything. The owner, the old man was very kind and communicative. Room was amazing, i recommend 10/10.

Amazing stay, very comfortable bed, in the center, very clean. Drazen was very friendly and open for our requests, very fast reply. It has been put a lot of thought in aestetics and helpful details . Parking is listed as free parking, but it has regural street parking aka no parking. For us, it was the feature that we put in filter as must and it turned out not really true. Other than that everything pretty much exceeded our expectations. Excepttional stay indeed.

The room felt like a proper hotel — clean, stylish and very cozy. I have to give a big shout-out to the owners for their great taste in decor and how well everything is set up. And the mattress… honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on. Perfect location, super comfortable and such a warm welcome. We’d 100% come back.

Perfect location, sligthly away from the old town. Cozy, comfy and quite confidential area in a nice hood close to the sea and everything needed. And of course the balcony attached to the room! Just perfect!

Located close walking distance to main part of Split

The property is great and very well maintained/cleaned. The location is also perfect and Drazen is an amazing host. Property is great no issues.

Exceptional

Central location, charming room, had all facilities someone could need. Property was very clean, kind hosts…great value, I would reccomend it definitely. Everything was fine.

Close (about 20 minute walk) and we were in the old town and along the waterfront. Bakery, fruit and veggie stand, and grocery store on next street over about a block away which was very convenient. Easy flow with following check in instructions. In general parking is an issue in this city. We lucked out and found a spot one street over but may have needed to search more because there were no spots left near entrance when we arrived.
