I mean it had great storage and beds You had to climb Everest in 36° heat to get there. Also hard to find and no full length mirror in rooms.

Customer service

It's exceptionally clean and beds are nice and comfortable. There are no cameras in the rooms so apparently everything you leave out of the locker is up for grabs. My favorite dress was drying on the clothes rack in the room and someone stole it. The staff just shrugged shoulders and didn't do anything about it.

Everything, the staff were great and the location The bed and the living room

The common area is quite depressing - gray, crowded, with AI generated music playing on repeat that can make one go mad. The lockers and the dorm door bip when pressing the keys. In a dorm of 18 beds it means they sound all the time and keep waking you up. For so many people, two fridges are not enough, there was no place to store food. There is nowhere to hang dry your clothes. Showers are uncomfortable (nowhere to hang or put your thighs next to your shower).

It is a fairly good hostel. You do get the privacy of having a curtain and a locker. The location isn't bad either. The hostel is really, really weird. Weird entrance, weird rooms, weird bathroom (e.g. you basically take a shower in the dark), and the staff didn't seem too welcoming imo...

Staff was passive and didn’t seem interested.
-
The showers were closed for cleaning from 8-9am, wrong time to do this.

The beds themselves

Location is not bad but is not the best. Very loud guests at night so you can’t sleep because they are yelling in social areas and you can hear it from the room.

Nothing I was supposed to get an email from the them with my self check-in details as I arrived at 12 am and I emailed them before and they said it is fine to check in at that time. I arrived and no email was sent and no one was there except for one guest who opened the door for me and I found keys for people checked out that night so I slept on an unclean bed for the night. I paid 27€ to get a comfy and good service but that was not found there!

The hostel is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. What impressed me most was how spacious the dorms are. Even in a large dorm with 18 people, it never felt crowded or cramped, which is rare in hostels. The beds offer good privacy, the common areas are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The location is also convenient, close to both the city centre and the beach.

Clean and tidy! Provided everything what you need. For that price it’s such a marvellous Hostel! In case if someone puts the code for your locker wrong few times, you get a really loud and long alarm. Might be not a good surprise in the middle of the night from your roommates

Each bunk is comfortable and very private. And the lockers were very secure with the key codes. Bathrooms were also nicer than most hostels. Great that the grocery store is right next door. Don’t post signage saying that you give out free earplugs upon request—and then don’t have any when we actually do request them.

Lots of privacy for a hostel, everyone was super respectful and the staff was helpful. There was even a kitchen and the bathrooms were clean! It was in a great location about a 10 min walk from downtown.

I really like the staff of the hostel. They were always friendly and open to help. The facilities of the hostel are perfect. They even have a fully equipped kitchen. The location, although not in the old town, is close enough that one can easily walk to most of the important places or take a bus close to the hostel. The only thing I don't like, and it is not a comment for the hostel, but for the people who stay in the hostel, was another guess who was in the lower bed and thought the ladder of my bed was a hanger for his towel. So, it can be dangerous.

Is there something to like if hostel takes the reservations and in last moment cancel them? Hostel canceled my 2 reservations because city work! Hotel should NEVER take in such case any reservations!

Towels provided were too small. No blanket, it was cold at night. Very loud at night due to other guests staying there.. we weren’t able to sleep much. There should be someone at reception longer times or someone we can contact for emergency or to help us with other guests being too loud

Good beds sound good lockers There were times when trash in the kitchen was overflowing, and the refrigerator was b.eyond full and gross

Very cozy, the atmosphere is very modern. Clean - they regularly cleaned the kitchen, toilets and rooms, changed the bed linen. Having a kitchen is a big advantage. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a stove, and plenty of dishes. The toilets and showers are also very comfortable and modern. Towels are included in the price. Another thing I'd like to point out is that the hostel has a cozy lounge with sofas and armchairs, and tables where tourists would gather and socialize. A great solution for an extrovert. If you're traveling solo, you will always have someone to talk to. Right next to the hostel there is a supermarket with a bakery where you can buy food and try local pastries (the burek with cheese is the most delicious thing I've ever eaten). There is a bar and a restaurant within walking distance of the hostel. There is also a bus stop around the corner. The internet was very slow, it was almost impossible to use.
