We booked this place for a short stay in Split with my wife, and from the moment we confirmed, everything was seamless. We received a warm and informative welcome email with all the details about check-in, parking options, and even offers for additional services. The host, who also runs a boutique tour agency, arranged an incredible luxury day trip for us to Krka National Park—an unforgettable experience! The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the ground floor restaurant—it serves amazing breakfasts that you absolutely must try. We also went back for dinner, and it was equally outstanding. We genuinely loved our stay, and there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back here on our next trip to Split! I didn't like the fact that I didn't have more time and couldn't stay there few more days :)

Newly renovated 2 room apartment with a large balcony facing the wonderful, beautiful garden. Special at evenings, when the garden was illuminated. .

This is a reasonably priced studio apartment within walking distance of the old town and harbour. It’s small. And the bed situation is that there is a queen-sized bunk bed. The building is currently (as of Aug 2024) being renovated and it’s not possible to go into the garden, as that is part of the renovation. All in all, we thought this was an ok place and the hosts are nice.

Good location Good value for money if you are looking for a budget stay. Restaurant below is very lovely and good access to Split centre. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Entrance and access was a little confusing at first. The room is basic but it has all the essentials that you will need.

Very well located, about 10 minutes walk away from the old city. Very fonctional flat. We didn't get a chance to meet with the hosts since we were running late from our arrival at the airport but they were really easy to contact and were really helpful : they sent us video to help us to locate the place, to show us where they hid the keys... They also gave us some advice regarding the ferry boat we were planning to catch to go to Brac. We appreciated the exchanges, so thank you !

The room was compact. The communication was good with the property manager. She helped in answering our questions and setting up our tour. The AC wasn't working well. The room was in a dingy place without any lift .

Location location location. There was only AC in the main room and it started to leak on us at night. Also the fees were very high. I just don’t think it was such good place for the price we were paying.
