Location Breakfast Staff very nice especially Kristina who arrange for me an early check in as my arrival time to split has been changed ,also Dorothy is a nice and helpful receptioner The room has no shoes for bathroom/toilet Channels of tv are not multinational mostly RTL A ramp has to be arranged for the main entrance in order for customers who have heavy bags to scroll on A helper or lift man has to be arranged by a hotel 4 star to be available to help in bag carrying to rooms

Carpet was very dirty

The best part was a member of the reception staff ( Dorothy) . She was friendly and extremely helpful. She gave us suggestions on what to do in Split and set up transportation back to the airport. The hotel is pleasant with good A/C and a buffet breakfast . A good value

Good breakfast Double check your requests: When we checked in, we asked the woman at the reception if we could get the same room tonight (the one we paid for out of pocket) and also the next night (the one Intrepid booked for us). She wrote a note and said will tell her manager. The next day we went out to see the city. When we got back our room was being cleaned and our items were packed downstairs near the reception. I guess the manager never received the note we saw the night lady write down. We were eventually given the same room that we were originally in, then we had to unpack and find our items they packed.

Everything Nothing

The area did not seem that nice , but it was safe and close to the old town.

Very antiquated , would not rate it a 3 start hotel . I would rate this hotel a 2 star

breakfast was good' parking very friendly. Room below street level, facing an English tunnel.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good- lots of choices. The decor was dated and stained. The bed was uncomfortably hard.

Location is wonderfol, staff is great, breakfest is very good. For there money we can’t ask more.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Split, about 500 m from the waterfront. The rooms are spacious with a huge double bed. The breakfast is excellent for everyone's tastes. The staff is extremely friendly, starting from the reception, and especially the lady who organizes breakfast and welcomes guests. Unfortunately, I did not ask for her name, but she will recognize herself. I would higly recommend this hotel!

Location was close to the key tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and the staff Anara was very friendly and made us very comfortable during the stay

Breakfast was ok but a bit "tired"

Nothing. Just keep in mind it is not in the old down directly and a 10 minute walk away. It is better for parking anyways.
