Clean, comfortable rooms in a great location with only a 5 minute walk to the old city of Split. Dominicka at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Zdelko and the barista go above and beyond to provide you with a lovely breakfast. It really is a beautiful hotel and would stay hear again.

Staff was exceptional- they even came in an hour early to help us at 5 am since we had early flights- they were so nice and helpful!

The hotel was in a great location 10 minutes from restaurants and sites. Yet it was just inside a quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and clean. It was advertised as a balcony room but the wall was too high and the landing too narrow to make it a viable balcony. Disappointing. The breakfast was outstanding. Overall service was excellent. The balcony was a big disappointment. I was looking forward to an outdoor space. No way.

Elegant hotel. Hotel breakfast pastries were less than fresh, probably store bought. Wait staff at breakfast unorganized. Water 40 minutes for my first coffee. Refrigerator cool not cold.

Absolutely everything was on the highest level. The beautiful hotel with a beautiful, really professional and very helpful staff working there. You have pleasant experience from the very first minutes on reception and you can rely on those people at any moment. This is best place to stay in Split. We have chosen the hotel to spend some time in Split area to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and could not be happier with our choice. The staff has helped us so many times (transfer, taxi, very quick dry cleaning on request, keeping part of our luggage during our trip to Brac), we are really grateful to the hotel team. Please, book with breakfast - the restaurant is 10 out of 10! Nothing, everything went beyond expectations.

Great location. Exceptional breakfast and service. The breakfast team was exceptional. Nice bar area to enjoy a drink after a day of touring the beautiful city of Split Would have loved a walk in rain shower instead of a bathtub with shower head.

Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Service was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately Gym was closed because of renovation.

Palazzo President is the living proof how people can turn the business into a blooming one. From the first communication point all the way to the check out, we had an amazing time. My wife is pregnant and their team went all the way to accommodate all of her and our needs and wants, from reception to kitchen staff. Special shout out to mister Zeljko, our host at the restaurant who made us feel super special every day. Hotel is located in a perfect spot, walking distance from old town, and with both public & private parking options right outside. Breakfast was simply amazing, 100% would recommend. Rooms are spacious and super clean. They made our baby moon getaway perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is amazing, extremely nice and the staff is amazing

We were one of the very first customers to stay in this hotel after being renovated. When we first checked in, the hotel was not 100% ready, but despite that the staff team made sure to make it up and our stay was truly memorable with special thanks to the general manager, Ljubica. Her and her team made us feel special with their top notch customer service and attentiveness. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, the service was AMAZING, the breakfast/in-room dining was delicious and the location was perfect. Highly recommended.
