A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The flat was spacious, airy, and well-fitted with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was excellent and very convenient. We would happily recommend this property and would stay again. Not applicable

Great location! Close to the old town and all the things you want/need. Great host. Rooms are spacious (we booked the apartment and both rooms as we were with 6 people) and clean. Highly recommend! No coffee machine :-( Also quite some noise from the street at night/early morning (close the windows :-))

This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the location which was close to the old town yet far enough to not be crowded or noisy--some street noise but shutting the windows solved that. Microwave, refrigerator, cook top and a great shower with a well lit sink. Very spacious with smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom and good wifi. My only real complaint is that we advised them ahead of time that we'd need the elevator at check-in. They failed to obtain the needed fob. Although the woman helped us bring the suitcases up two floors it was an unnecessary problem that should not have occurred. They did give us fob so checking out wasn't a problem.

Apartment was very clean and spacious and Josipa was very helpful. Location is great, everything within walking distance. Would recommend we were a family of four.

The location is very central, only a 10 min walk from the Harbour, Palace, etc. There are also two supermarkets within 2 mins of the apartment, so you are able to get anything you need. The apartment had a good-sized balcony and living room space, so you can socialise before going out for the evening. The room has a fridge so you can keep drinks chilled before a day trip and for the UK people there's a kettle if you fancy a cu of tea. I stayed 10 days on this trip and thoroughly appreciated the room and its facilities. we were in 33 to 39 deg heat, so the air con was very welcome to cool down. . The only comment to make you aware is that the apartment is on the second floor, so you will have to get your suitcases up and down the stairs or use the elevator. I chose to use the stairs, it's not an issue, really it's just to make you aware.

I liked the decor of the room which was pretty. Price was good and the fact it was very central. We reached very late so finding the property within the building was hard and scary as the lights in the entrance part don’t switch on easily. The apartment felt a tiny bit out of date or signs of wear and tear. Also the bathroom doesn’t have all the goodies shown on the photo very basic accessories. Also the room was not sound proof we could hear a couple getting intimate in the other room.

We had a really lovely stay at Ann Luxury Rooms. The room was immaculate, really nice and modern. Great location as a base to explore Split. The host was really accommodating, we were arriving quite late for check in, we kept in touch with each other and in the end we were left with detailed instructions for self check in which worked perfectly. Overall a brilliant stay, would recommend.

Keyless entry, locked out of apartment when there was a power cut. No fridge. Shower flooded.

Close to Split Old Town and easy self check in Lack of amenities - I.e coffee and tea wasn’t stocked up, no hand soap in the bathroom, and only shampoo/body wash was from previous travellers leaving something behind.

The location and the king bed. The noice from outside, no wifi, sofa bed not confortable, mold in the furniture where the fridge was, no elevator access, broken table, poor communication with the landlord.

Very very difficult to find in fact we was trying for nearly 2 hours, it's no 1 and it's above the dentist. But asking people where it was no body new or had herd of them, when you do get in the rooms are clean and lovely and on top of the old town which is great. Trying to find the rooms very hard but if you find dentist at no 1 it's 2nd floor above it. Lovely clean rooms once you find it and in a great place for old town.

Beautiful room, great location Host wasn't there to meet me at notified arrival time. No signage so I was not sure i was at the right place.

LOVELY PLACE. The rooms are very nice, very confortable and decorated with excelente taste . They are confortable and only a few steps from all the city point of interest. Bathrooms are beautifull with perfect iluminación and everything is very clean.

Location excellent, comfortable bed, very clean. No sign outside street entrance, so very difficult to find. No meet and greet, had to call contact for entry codes. No bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, no safe, Netflix not working, no English tv chanels (scrambled). All of which advertised in booking.com confirmation. Room Cleaned once in 9 days. Rebecca was very helpful and sorted out all the above, but this should have been sorted before we arrived. There is a lift but the fob required to work it was only provided toward the end of our stay. There was no information book, which would have sorted out problems with working the hot water, air conditioning etc.

The room was absolutely huge with a lovely wrap around balcony. It was clean and spacious and had everything you would require for to self cater. I liked the fact it was just outside the hustle bustle of the city and it had a huge carpark across the street if you had a car. Old town and pier not a far walk. Old town about 7 mins and pier about 15/20. We walked everywhere. The sofa bed was Uber squeaky and not very comfortable for my partner. He has sleep apnea and is getting used to his machine so decided to sleep in the livingroom. I couldn’t hear him snoring as the machine was on but the squeaking was loud when he moved around. Also the water tank runs out of hot water fairly quick. On the first night I just wanted to relax and wash my hair and by the time I got round to washing it it was cold so I had to come and sit out for 30 mins whilst it refilled or whatever. I do like to have a longer shower but felt it’s worth mentioning as it’s a bit of a wait if there are two people and you are not just having very quick showers.

Lovely, spacious, and clean apartment. Very close to the city centre. We would stay here again if we were to come back to Split. No access to the lift, so we had to carry all our stuff up two flights of stairs with a toddler in a pushchair. Unfortunately, the boiler stopped working on our last morning, so we had cold showers, but otherwise, it was great.
