The location was perfect for a two-night stay. It is just a quick walk to Diocletian's Palace. There is a great little cafe with good quality pastries on the back side of the building. The communication with the manager was flawless. He clearly instructed us on parking and gave us tips on the area. The property was as described on the website.

Pretty easy to find and gain entry. Good location. No hot water for showers in the morning. Felt cramped and a bit claustrophobic.

Everything was wonderful! Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious with everything we needed. We slept so well in the comfy bed. The walk-in shower was luxurious. Stipe was very kind and accommodating of our early arrival and storage needs. Location was perfect--in a quiet neighborhood but less than 5 minutes walk from all the hub of downtown Split. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay after landing in Croatia! More soap would be nice in the bathroom.

Location is perfect, less than 5 min away from Old Town. We found free street parking pretty easily nearby. Room had a modern hotel style. Responsive host. Unfortunately the bathroom in room 5 had an extremely strong sewage smell. Needs to be addressed.
