Very clean, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect.

The staff—all were so kind, courteous and helpful. The front desk gals provided directions, recommendations and even made a nail salon appointment for me! They truly went above and beyond to help a very needy American lol. One of the best Breakfast feasts I’ve had at a hotel! The location is spectacular and great for people watching. It’s in the middle of the plaza, so there’s the convenience of being in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, while surrounded 360° by the beautiful architecture! The location is not accessible by car so walking with a heavy load of luggage through the small alleyways dodging all the tourists and working staff was a bit of a challenge for me. I’m sure not as much of an issue for ones who pack light.

Right in the middle of a square centrally located. Front desk was very professional while being friendly and welcoming! Clean, historic and perfectly located!

Breakfast in the courtyard was perfect! This is not a reflection on the hotel, but the van driver who picked up 4 of us to meet our boat in Trogir was angry about traffic & a mix-up on our drop-off in Trogir. He was extremely rude when we asked him to please take us from wrong marina to the old city where our boat was docked. It was less than 5 minutes away.

We didn’t like the breakfast and just orders 4 coffees and when we checked out, we got charged like 40 euros for the coffee that was supposed to be included with the breakfast that we didn’t eat

Great location….charming & quaint……staff was excellent Views from room weren’t great but then again it’s an old hotel in the Old Town. Not uncommon for the next building to be 3-4 ft away.

Great place! We arrived at almost midnight. Found our driver at the airport and check in was a breeze. Centrally located a 3 minute walk from the Riva and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Don’t miss the rooftop patio!
