It was in a good location. Parking is a problem so if arriving in a taxi late at night a bit of a walk from where they are allowed to drop you off. The stairs are so steep.

Good location - walking distance to the main tourist beach veranda. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Spacious room. Elegant room and bathroom. Refrigerator wasn't working properly and asked the staff to take a look at it/fix it, but they never did for the three nights we stayed there.

The hotel manager Nina was exceptional - very very helpful - nothing too much trouble The noise from the room above especially if the guests were checking out at 5am. or 6am. It is noisy. Suggest they put some rugs on the upstairs floors to reduce the noise.

The location and the staff were excellent could not be more helpful. Noisy from rooms above not good especially if they are leaving at 5am. Simpler breakfast with proper croissants would have been nicer.

Location and nothing else Cleanliness, service, value for money, noise (from other rooms). Everything was very half hearted - only one of the reception staff seemed interested. Cleaning was a nightmare and one day had not been done at 4pm. Towels were poor quality and sometimes not changed. We could hear everything from room above and every time someone walked passed or above the door to our room shook. It is expensive for what it offers and is not a boutique hotel. It is not good enough to call itself that.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, everything was excellent. Highly recommended! /

Quaintly elegant Big issue: waiting for our plane at Heathrow got a message from the hotel that they would not take a credit card. Much too late to be saying that. Could not magic cash. Embarrassing. So, after an extensive exchange of messages, they said they could borrow a machine from a sister hotel. They also said that the taxi we booked would not find them but that they could offer a viable alternative which would. Again, they should understand that this was much too late in the day. Our booked taxi worked well. All of this argy bargy so close to the wire really screwed the mood.
