ID Regal Residence

The room was gorgeous and clean, bed was comfy. Communication with Marco was A+ including directions on how to find the property. The location was perfect for our needs, right inside the palace area. Would stay there again without hesitation. Missed having a wash cloth and hair conditioner, but maybe that's the standard in Croatia? The driver taking us to the property was kind and a very good driver, but pick-up location at the airport was confusing (but got resolved with the help of Marco).

The taxi driver was amazing. He was recommended by the property owner. We arrived late in the evening so the driver insisted on walking us to our unit. This made us feel welcoming and safe. He took pride in his city.

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of everything. Very comfortable room.

Beautiful boutique hotel

I loved this room. You are right on a small plaza with a few restaurants that is busy until late however, the windows are solid and the noise is cancelled out. The room was clean. The location is right in the middle of everything. The owner was great with communication. You have multiple codes to get into you room then you have a key as well. This is minor and once it happens you learn to time it out. The hot water is almost immediate, you do not need to let it run however it can run out, so take a quick shower. This would not keep me from staying here again.

The room was fresh and bright. The renovation they did was very tasteful and modern. Even though they spent the money on good windows. The clubs located below the room were so loud you couldn’t sleep. It went on till at least two in the morning. That’s all.

The rooms were large, comfortable, extremely clean and in a great location. The bathroom was also large and lovely. The room was well stocked with glasses, water, coffee, tea, a wine opener etc. A very nice feature was the sturdy windows that very effectively minimized noise from late night revelry. I would definitely choose to stay there again if I return to Split. Nothing

Everything was perfect. Wonderful location, the rooms were gorgeous and just as pictured, and Marko was so helpful and responsive. I would love to stay there again. Note- if coming from the airport, take him up on the offer to schedule a taxi. Even though Ubers are plentiful and maybe cheaper, the driver he sent was also wonderful and helped us find the building a lot easier if we would been dropped off by a random driver. Nothing.

The property was in a great location and was beautiful inside. Rooms were spacious and check-in instructions made it extremely easy. I would highly recommend this property

I loved the room’s upgraded flooring, rain shower area, clean fresh towels, the feeling of privacy & security. the room was beautiful upon entry. My wife liked the hot water kettle. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. There was a safe in the closet - small but handy Hahaha…..the stairs (60 steps up and down) with luggage! Fortunately, I am in good shape and out suitcases were on the smaller side. Still, you cannot disguise that leg workout!

Decor, confortable, central location. All great except very noisy all night drunk crowd in patio tables of downstairs mexican restauranrt. cars can't get close enough if traveling with heavy luggage and kids.

Prime location in Diocletian's Palace

We loved everything about this property! The location, amenities, support of staff, cleanliness, cost, comfort and style exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend! There are no negatives related to this property.

We had a fabulous experience! The tv was a little difficult but everything else 10/10!

Beautiful room

This property was perfect - clean, bright, quiet, great location. Marko was an exceptional host, answered my questions in a timely manner and offered to assist us during our visit. I would stay here again.

Marko was amazing, he communicated with us to leave the bags before and then called us when the room was ready! The stay there was incredible!
