The man who was there when we checked in was so kind and hospitable. He went out of his way to share information with us and recommended ideas of where to stop on our way to Istria. It's a lovely property in the perfect location

I had a wonderful stay at Judita Palace Heritage Hotel. The location is truly unbeatable. Right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore Split. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but Andy in particular gave me one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. He took the time to walk me through a paper map, highlighting places to see and things to do, all while being genuinely warm and humorous. It set the tone for the entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both its charm and exceptional hospitality!

Everything was perfect Nothing

It was fabulous!!! Andy is hilarious and wonderful! Karla was magnificent , I can’t remember the darling lady that fixed our marvelous breakfast but each member of the team far exceeded our expectations!!!!!! Nothing could have improved our stay, it was just too short!!!!

Anthony is amazing - just so funny and helpful. We also loved the bar at the bottom of the stairs - so charming and the staff was great.

Excellent location, right in the center. Staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Breakfast area is a little cramped but the staff and the food was amazing. We were leaving at 5am and the staff packed us a very thoughtful and wonderful breakfast to go. Really difficult to come up with something we didn’t like. Rooms are small but it is a historic boutique hotel and we did have everything we needed

The staff was amazing. Andy really made the stay special. Great location in the heart of Old Town. Comfortable bed and a nice big bathtub.

The location was outstanding- convenient to everything in the old town and to the Riva. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Loved the character and charm of the hotel as well as the staff especially Andi, Carla, and Kris. Maryann made the best omelettes. We enjoyed the bar and bartenders too. The bed was a little too firm for me.

The host and hostess were exceptional- Andrea is engaging, helpful and so accommodating. His sense of humor made the trip. Nothing, it was a perfect place.
