My only angst with this property…I do not recall reading in the description that 1. There are no vehicles permitted in the “walled city”. Which means that our taxi driver dropped us off at the gate and we had to schlep our luggage approximately 10 minutes to the building. And 2. Then we had to haul our suitcases up not one but two flights of steep stairs (and then when we checked out we had to do the reverse). We are in our late 50’s and it was a grind. Having someone meet us at the gate and handle our luggage for us would have made a world of difference.

The staff was VERY accommodating and the hotel was extremely clean and convenient location!

The staff was very helpful. We loved the location, steps from restaurants, market and tourist shops. When we arrived it was a little difficult to find the front door as it wasn’t on the main square, but just around the corner off an alley. Once we found it, everything was fine.

Staying at this hotel was a great pleasure! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of Split, just steps away from Diocletian’s Palace, restaurants, and the waterfront. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up and being able to walk straight into the historic old town was truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split who wants both comfort and convenience.

We loved the hotel's location and facilities. Special thanks to Nikka (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), who assisted us with kindness and professionalism at the front desk. We also greatly appreciated the excellent golf cart shuttle service to the port. Maybe breakfast can be improved a little.

Loved the location and the accessibility to everything in old town. The room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast in the restaurant downstairs - which has just been nominated for a Michelin Star! Perfect place to stay in Split! Everything was perfect. Nothing to change.
