Splendida Palace

Very well located , walking distance to the main attractions, quiet neighborhood, good breakfast with many details but above everything this hotel has the nicest and friendliest front desk I’ve ever seen ! Maria and Dhea ( I don’t know how to write it) are the best!! Nothing

I have to assume this place is called a “Palace” because you’re treated like royalty! From our first moment, Maria was warmly welcoming, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to show us parking and give us a great room. She made great recommendations for local spots (all of which are within walking distance, this is a perfect location!). We had been having a rough trip as our luggage was lost, but Maria went out of her way to help us sort our laundry for the clothes we did have so that the rest of our trip could go smoothly. The included breakfast was delicious and the server was always kind–even when we arrived close to the end of breakfast service, she insisted we still grab a bite to eat to start our day. Our room was beautiful with lots of vintage furnishings and great air conditioning. At first I thought the price was a little high, but after staying there I can be sure it was worth every euro and I would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel location was ideal, just steps away from the Palace. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. Most significantly, the hostess, Maria was a delight. She was so welcoming and helpful, offering to store our bags and even those of our friends who were staying at another hotel. She offered valuable suggestions for our visit and always had a friendly and cheerful manner, despite being busy. She even provided a stamp for my postcard! Thank you, thank you for a lovely stay! There was nothing not to like.

Located a short walk from the Palace and the beach. Being outside the walls allows for parking if needed, a real plus. The staff is delightful. Maria and Dea are exceptional humans. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt very well taken care of. Breakfast is amazing. There are water stations around the property and snacks are available throughout the day. The plunge pool is an added bonus and a quiet place to relax. I cannot think of one thing I didn't like.

The hotel room we booked was spacious, clean, and tidy. The owner and staff were very friendly and provided plenty of useful information about nearby attractions and restaurants upon check-in. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel also had private parking. This was really important for us as we were about to set off on a long trip. Nil

The property is located very close to the old city . Rooms are decorated with lots of taste. Facilities are super clean ! Great breakfast and superb attention . Nothing all was too notch.

The staff were outstanding, the room was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. Dea physically walked our car to its parking spot and helped with luggage. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast folks were super hospitable. Plus the location is a five minute walk to Diocletians Palace.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. The staff, especially Maria and Dea, could not do enough for you. They both were gracious and charming. The room was very clean and the bathroom in particular was outstanding with top of the line sink, shower, etc. Nothing related to the hotel. The location of the hotel and the walk from the hotel to Old Town, while only about five to seven minutes, is dirty and unsavory. The hotel loses some of its charm only for something they cannot control.

Free breakfast was good. Location close to Old Town is excellent! The staff were very helpful and they were able to do next day laundry service. The room and bed could've been a little more comfortable for the price.

The level of customer service was amazing. All of the little extras were not only noticed but very much appreciated. This place goes above and beyond on all the little details!
