Very good

Villa Marjan was incredible and Gordan was a superb host. Gordan met us when we arrived, was contactable throughout, and allowed us to store our luggage until our later flight, for free. The apartment itself, was stunning. Spotlessly clean throughout, and a real hidden gem. The rooms were beautiful, the whole place had so much character, yet so immaculately kept. Facilities were great, large bedrooms, plenty of ensuite bathrooms, lovely kitchen area, lounge. The terrace area was beautiful and such a wonderful addition, we sat there a lot for breakfast, and afternoon drinks. Location was also amazing, so close to the main part of town, and we could see views of the harbour from the terrace. We walked everywhere mostly, and the Ubers were really reliable and cheap to and from the airport (40 euros for a large 6 seater, and 10-20 euros to a nearby beach). We had such a wonderful stay in Split, at the Villa Marjan. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Gordan and Elizabeth! Nothing could have been better, it was brilliant value, incredible stay. Wish we'd stayed longer!

Easy walk to Old Town, rooftop patio and architecturally very nice apartment. Plus Gordon the host was very easy to work with.

Gordon the host is a lovely man who was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Great views from the roof terrace and an easy walk to the old town. Tv worked well for golf. Better blinds / curtains in the bedroom to block out the sun.

Great location, 5 minutes walk into centre of Split. We were met by owner who gave us a tour of the apartment and all the local information we needed. Great little bakery 2 minutes away and local supermarket not much further. Roof terrace had 360 degree view , apartment great space for our group of 6. No problems for us , just be aware there are 2 flights of stairs to apartment and stairs to roof terrace need care.

The apartment was perfect for us! Great space and added bonus with the roof top terrace and the view! Really well located, short walk straight into the centre and very close to all amenaties and resturants. Gordan was so helpful and friendly! Highly recommended :) Nothing!

The Villa is beautiful, spacious, well equipped & it was located in a pretty residential area that was only a 10 minute walk to Split Old Town. We particularly loved the roof terrace that offered shade, sun, comfortable furniture & sun beds. With views of old town, the mountains & the sea, it was perfect. We ate out but there is a fabulous bakery & small supermarket at the end of the road for essentials. Gordan was very helpful & available by text if we needed anything. Only regret ….. we didn’t stay longer! Steep stairs - but it is an older, traditional property.

Location was excellent! Just outside of the old town. We loved the rooftop terrace and enjoyed apertivo hour up there. The facilities were excellent and was handy having a proper equipped kitchen. The host was also very helpful in giving us tips on Split and showing us around the accommodation.

Great space for a group of friends, not suitable if you have walking difficulties, good 20 min walk up a hill to the apartment. 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment, and a further set of stairs to the roof terrace. Beds were clean and comfortable, host was very nice, met us on arrival. The villa is very tired looking and really needs an overhaul ! overall we enjoyed our stay ! Villa needs an overhaul and a good clean !

the apartment was beautiful. We all loved the extra touches that Gordon provided. The washer and dryer made things very convenient. The rooftop views were spectacular. We’d definitely recommend.

Within easy walking distance to the Old Town, Palace, Riva and Marjan Park. Room layout was interesting but loved the location, roof top terrace, amenities in the kitchen and laundry. Gordan even had a fresh bag of ice cubes on hand for the first nights drinks. Very thoughtful.

It was perfect location, very clean and lovely owner Everything was excellent

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with an incredible view of the old town and waterfront. We took advantage of the nice kitchen to cook some of our meals. We also enjoyed sunsets from the rooftop deck. There are two markets and a great bakery just down the street. Getting to old town is an easy walk.

Host was very welcoming, amazingly helpful and met us at the apartment as promised. Nothing!
