Motel 6 Spokane, WA - West

The bed and AC worked great. The linens were clean. The hallways needed a vacuum. The toilet got clogged. The laundry and ice maker were broken. The hotel was not locked at night and several people were in the parking lot all night.

Many areas need to be improved; ice machine was broken, laundry machine was broken, no tray in microwave...

Unacceptable unsanitary conditions. Upon entering the room, I immediately discovered a live cockroach in the bathroom, visible stains on the bed linens, uncleaned debris on the nightstand, mysterious residue on the ceiling, and a window completely missing its safety screen. Furthermore, the room reeked heavily of cigarette smoke, and the hotel hallway reeked of urine. These appalling hygiene issues rendered the accommodation unsafe and unlivable, failing to meet basic health and hospitality standards.

Nice stay ,very quiet. The staff is amazing.

Rooms are clean, stains and burn marks on sheets, TV/cable doesn’t work, 1 light worked in the bathroom, doors left open/ unlocked at night which didn’t feel very safe given the area. Walls are very thin, lights flickering in parking lot outside of room windows. Do not stay here.

The bed sheets were dirty their conditioning was broken TV didn't work and poor service at the front desk

my stay at the motel 6 was comfortable,fun,and,relaxing. everything ws fine. i enjoyed my stay.

The shower pulsed from hot to cold the entire time. The staff is outnumber and surrounded on 3 sides by the off-site addicts, fruitloops, bridge critters and forever unbathed. Entertaining place, def not kid friendly. however there were several adult friendly patrons at the hotel.

Do not recommend this to anyone. Ghetto people coming in and out at all hours and homeless buzzing around the cars and garbage can. Bad smell as soon as you go through the hall, ice machine didn't work, drain didn't work, sheets had stains and cigarettes holes. If I wasn't so tiered I wouldn't have stayed.

The staff was great and worked with me well. I needed to check in early for sleep after a straight drive from Salt Lake.

The hotel was pet friendly, had a pool. The room I stayed in did not have a microwave but it did have a mini fridge. Had blood stains on sheets. Water in shower went from nice and warm too extremely cold too scorching hot for my entire shower. No ice mach. had to get ice from office. No one at office when I checked in.

We were happy to have a place to sleep, but the room and door frame had fingerprints everywhere. The fan in the bathroom was pulled halfway out of the wall, and was singed as if a fire had happened. We did not shower there, as the area did not look clean at all. The towels were washed and fresh. The bedding was clean - we checked for bed bugs, there was none. When we left in the morning, two other guests were loading up and said they were given a refund because there were bed bugs in their room.

Staff were rude and unhelpful at check in. Choosing to play on their phones as I watched while waiting 20 minutes for another staff to arrive to check me in as they were 'logged off their computers and it would be a hassle to get back online and recount the cash'. The shower was also growing mold. I dont have high expectations and just needed a quick bed after a long flight and then drive.... but kind and respectful staff, and clean rooms should be a bare minimum

I like the luxury rooms, and the relaxing beds. The swimming pool is a nice place to have fun . Thanks Christopher Cox Everything is ok with the motel rooms.

Poor

No fridge, no microwave, no coffee and there were druggies and lowlife people in and around the property. Paid for 12 days but left after 9 days.

First gave us a room that was already occupied, then next room had bugs, a white substance on the bedside table, stained sheets, dirty sink, gum and food on the floor, and a splatter of some sort on the bathroom door.
