Holiday Inn Express Spokane Airport by IHG

We had a great stay here. Location was great, easy to get to and from. The breakfast was great. There was a large variety of foods to choose from. The only downfall was Saturday morning the water for my shower wasn’t hot. My husband had hot water though. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was served hot every morning, the serving area was kept clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly. Used airport shuttle twice. Excellent service. I highly recommend this property.

The breakfast was very good but I would prefer a restaurant. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very hard. The shower doors did not roll and I had to lift them up to move them. The shower needed work. The television need explanation of operation. I couldn't find the ice machine.

Clean room. Very helpful staff when I had a very early flight they made sure I had a snack breakfast to take with me.

There is plenty of parking, checking in and out was a breeze, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, bagels, warm potatoes, eggs/omelets, cold cereal, juice, etc. I stayed here while preparing for a board exam, and it was quiet and comfortable, with a nice desk area where I could review notes the night before my exam. No complaints at all. Would absolutely recommend to others, and I'd stay here again without hesitation. I felt comfortable and well-rested enough to pass my board exam too, so cheers!
