Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn

Was just a plain place to sleep. Breakfast was either a sack bag or voucher for minor breakfast at Dennys

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Overall great stay!

The soaps in the bathroom were all empty

Easy parking, helpful staff and clean room

Clyde, at the front desk was professional and helpful. The facilities are clean and quiet.

The shuttle was unavilable to us because the phone lines were down. We waited for almost an hour and ended up taking uber. The staff are not at fault for that and were very accomodating. The entryway smelled like smoke. But the room was fine.

Stopped for overnight arriving late from CA. Staff kind and helpful. Very clean, easy to get to. Quiet and comfortable. Great nights rest before another long day of travel.

Parking space offered when travelling was a wonderful treat.

Clean room, decent breakfast

Southwest cancelled flight. Hotel refused to reimburse as I could not make it

close to the freeway and airport, Dennys right across the parking lot, grounds are nice and maintained.

It was clean, well remodelled with strong amenities. Would stay there again for sure.

Hard to find entrance to get to the location.

Breakfast was at Dennys (which was good), pet area was nice but was out of bags and trash can was full, pool was okay (cold not heated), curtains could be more efficient (light still came in). Nice hotel overall.

Clean rooms and clean grounds. Enjoyed my stay.

Just some confusion about having a cc down prior to arrival even though it was already paid for thru Expedia. Called them and put my card down and then got another message about no card so I called again and they put it on the wrong folio. Just seemed confusing. Requested early check in that I would pay for and that seemed to be a hassle even with them offering it. Facility was nice. Staff was nice, just maybe needing more training

It was a perfect stay. we enjoyed getting off a late flight and being able to get a ride 3 minutes down the road so we can rest. It’s super clean. Breakfast they provided was from the Denys restaurant on the same lot

No full buffet breakfast as advertised. False advertising and deceptive marketing practices. Noisy rooms woke up at 3:30 a.m. from poor insulation and freeway noise. Front desk staff was a disaster. Property is not up to Best Western Plus standards.

TV/remote didn’t not work properly. Curtains shabby/ripped.
