Really appreciate the wonderful staff, from the front desk to the airport shuttle drivers. Exceptionally professional and accommodating to requests. Thank you for your service!

Sadly, the AC in our unit was not working. They said they forgot to lower the thermostat before our arrival. Offered a box fan. We left the AC going all the next day and only cooled the room to 78 deg. We had to prop open our door to suck in cool air from the hallway. Our room was up to 80 degrees, and the lowest we got it was 75 all weekend. That weekend's high was mid-80s. We told the incoming staff on our way out. I hope they fix the unit before the next guest. Made for 2 non-restful nights.

Close to Walmart and Sam’s Club Way over rated. Just so so breakfast Weekend rooms service by request only How about if I pay for a weekend if I feel like I want to pay. Low/No water pressure between 1:30-3:00

Confusion between SpringHill and Fairfield Marriotts was my only problem

I mentioned at check in that I have an early flight, leaving hotel at 2:30. To go breakfast was not ready as promised. Rooms very noisy, people in room above me walked like elephants, kept me awake. Need quieter rooms and early departure to-go breakfast, as paid for.

I got there and they couldnt find my reservation even after I showed them my confirmation email and bank account showing them I was charged and had to go elsewhere cause they didn't have a 2 bed room available. Good location, free parking. Good staff. Great room. But the conditioner bottle was completely empty and the hair around the empty conditioner bottle made me wonder how long it had been empty. Other than that, it was nice. I recommend better soap.
