Beautiful grounds that feel more like a resort than an airport hotel!

I requested to add a rollaway bed when I booked hotel. Wasn't in the room when we arrived. Ask front desk and they said they'd get one to us. (This was about 6pm-ish) After "dinner" still nothing at about 7:30pm I had to consistently go to the front desk and ask about it. Around 9pm, we finally got the bed! Staff was nice, but slow! Pool was cool for the kids. (Son had an allergic reaction to the chlorine) (not hotels fault), but the "amenities" we useless for/to us! Booked 2 nights, but canceled the 2nd night and went elsewhere!

Pleasantly surprised with this gem! The pool and firepits were amazing. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Front desk was really great to us. We even had an impromtu reception for our wedding party and they were more than accomadating. It's not fancy or do they claim to be, so don't expect a world class experience. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if traveling with kids! We will be back!

Everything was great.

The hotel was clean, but the beds seemed low quality, the roll away mattress was so thin you could feel every bar. The breakfast was super basic and everything seemed dry. It’s an ok place to stay for one night, but nothing too great.

Check in was fast even though I was 3 rd in line. The room was clean and breakfast was fresh and yummy!

Fine for getting to the airport early in the morning.

1st room smelled so bad, like someone outside all day without deodorant, awful. 2nd room smelled exactly the same and had caked on soap drips down the shower walls and red mold along the crevices. Had to switch from 2 queens to a king since they said no more queen rooms available. Only one tiny old creepy elevator in the entire building located by the lobby. First 2 staff very friendly, when switching rooms for the 2nd time, that lady was visibly rolling her eyes. The pool with the slide was a hit and that’s about it. Would not stay here again. Needs major updates inside of the rooms and elevators.

Our room was not clean, crumbs on all counters, hair on the carpet, dirty bath tub, all bathroom fixtures had smudges on them. 7am on monday morning they were out of batter for waffles and meat for breakfast, eggs cold. No lifeguard so slide was closed at pool, hot tub closed, gym wreaked of mold, floor above us squeaks, 1st 2 nights i didnt get any sleep because of loud walking person above us at 12,2,5, &7am. Complained twice with no remedy. Hotel.com said there was no upfront charges. That i could pay when i got there and my card was charged before check in. When i questioned it they said hotel.com lies, that they always charge the 1st nights fees. Rich, Draia, and Kira at 509 bar were all amazing, friendly, helpful, great service. They were the only good part of our stay. At checkout Star, the manager helped me. I told her all the issues we had with the stay she wrote them down but in my opinion didnt seem to care or offer a remedy. I am very dissapointed with our stay. I was looking forward to leaving a great review.

My kids LOVE this hotel. With the pools, water slide, fire pits and outdoor games, it feels like a resort for them.

Average hotel, clean rooms

We use this hotel to stay at the night before flights. It’s clean, safe and the pool and bar are good amenities. We’ve stayed here more than once and it never lets us down.

Can be loud on the ground floor with anyone on the floor above

The pool area really needs cleaning and update to the sliding doors to provide ventilation . The hot tub is so hot you can’t stay for more than a minute if that and the chlorine is so high it burns your eyes to be in there.

We never heard any planes. They have a nice pool, a jacuzzi, and a water slide with a pool. So fun! The rooms had plenty of light to see at night for reading or whatever. Staff was always friendly. Not a complaint but a suggestion is to label the coffee so people don’t have to ask. We would stay here again. We are retired and still liked the water slide.

When booking our room we had pictures showing a little area outside with a sliding glass door on the ground level that was labeled at courtyard view...with that being said yes, our room on the 2nd floor however there was not a balcony or little outside sitting area that we were really looking forward to. The bathroom sink filled up with water the minute you turned it on low and took about 20 minutes to drain. The bathroom was not clean around the outer edge of the room on the floor and walls. The elevator was horrible. I have a bad knee and rely on the elevator and it is VERY VERY old, small, rickety and the smell was so strong it made us gag. The breakfast was terrible...eggs were watery, potato's were burnt and undercooked, sausage was out on the 1st day and on the second it was hard, the waffle maker ran out of waffle batter by 7:45 (breakfast starts at 7) and it took about 20 minutes to get more batter. There were not very many breakfast options to choose from. The staff however was fantastic!!
