I stayed here on a business trip. I work for Exxon. It was a quick drive to the office. Very convenient self parking. They do offer breakfast. It is free for Exxon employees. And they do have a bar in the lobby open till about 10 PM. Big room, clean room.

The hotel was nice. Your basic hotel with the normal amenities. Our issues were with the plumbing (our toilet kept backing up) and the air conditioner didn’t work very well and made a loud noise. Other than that everything was fine. The employees were very friendly and accommodating

Cockroach in my room, door to my room was jammed, side door to enter building would not open when prompted with the key, ice machine was down.

NOTHING nothing worked in the room, no TV , NO MICROWAVE, OUTLETS DID NOT WORK CALLED THE FRONT DESK FOR REPAIRS SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT , NOTHING GOT FIXED FOR 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!

The second night I was there the electricity went out for several hours, and there was no compensation and very late communication

Nice stay, no issues. Clean space, easy access to Woodlands. Plenty of places to eat around area.

The Rooms were very Clean, Staff went far & Beyond the Call of Duty to see if Everything was okay or do you need Anything. They had the Best Breakfast I have ever Had, Food was cooked to Perfection, A wide Variety of Food Everyday & The Cooks & Host were very Friendly & checked on us during Breakfast & after! Hats off to the Cooks! Annnd the Kitchen was Sooo Clean! We will definitely go back & Stay. Check them out & You can Thank Me later. There was plenty of Parking Spaces for Clients, Parking Lot was Clean & very inviting.

Air conditioning was excellent, didn't need the bar, room clean, did see a roach. Didn't like paying for Continental breakfast that's free at most hotels.

The front desk clerk did his best to help by taking out the trash and providing toilet paper and clean towels, which I appreciated. However, this should not replace proper housekeeping service. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, it was not met.
