Older property in need of remodel but clean. The pool backs up to the highway, very noisy. Pool was dirty, hot tub broken, and no umbrellas or shade. Ice machines are broken. Room had a funny smell when we checked in, and front desk clerk called me when we checked out to harass and accuse me of smoking in the room. We stayed here to save some money but next time we attend a woodlands pavilion event, we'll spend the extra money to stay on the waterway.

I like the fact that the staff was very friendly and courteous. I also like the fact that it was convenient and proximity to where I was going in the city close to everything. I also enjoy the daily breakfast.

I was about to get in the shower when a large cockroach climbed out of the shower drain. The shower drain didn't drain properly and that could have contributed to the cockroach living in there. Also, every single light in my room flickered.

The hotel was clean, but the rooms were dated in my opinion. The lobby area seems to be renovated however. The staff was nice and there was sufficient parking.

Nothing at all . It was very unkept and not clean . The doors were unsecured. There isn’t one nice thing I could say . The air conditioner unit didn’t work . First room I had the door wouldn’t lock . Just issue after issue . Hated this trip .

When I booked the hotel it says breakfast included but the hotel records don’t show that. I couldn’t eat breakfast

I stayed here on a business trip. I work for Exxon. It was a quick drive to the office. Very convenient self parking. They do offer breakfast. It is free for Exxon employees. And they do have a bar in the lobby open till about 10 PM. Big room, clean room.
