Good hotel experience. A clean spacious room with comfortable beds. Did not get a chance to use any of the amenities because we were out all day and left early the next morning.

Beds were comfortable, but the room smelled like a dirty shoe. I pullled the curtain back over the AC unit and found the source of the smell- the wall was crumbling away due to visible mold.

I was very disappointed this hotel does not use mobile key entry. I was unable to check-in via the Marriott Bonvoy app. It was also disappointing due to the state fair the hotel price had doubled. I was also unable to claim my Marriott points for my stay.

The staff members were all amazing. From Nans who checked me in to Vickie who was tending the bar and finally to Octavia who took care of our breakfast the next morning. All three were so friendly and helpfull. Such a delight to talk to them.

Would have been nice to have breakfast included rather than strictly Starbucks options. It was still good.

Room was clean, staff was great and very helpful. However, I stay at alot of Courtyards and this one needs major upgrades in the rooms and hallways. You could feel where the wood underneath the rug was splitting and sagging a little bit in a couple of places. A lot of shopping and food near by.
