Comfort Inn South - Springfield

One of the two ice machines was not working at the time I needed it.

Fairy nice elevator was very slow and neither ice machine worked but overall good

Everything was clean and in good working order. The whirlpool was nice and warm. They have a very nice breakfast. Stayed 3 nights without any problems.

I booked a handicap accessible room but we did not realize we did not get one until i needed to use the restroom at 9:30pm...my wheelchair could not fit through the door and had to use the public restroom down the hall. Also my chair could not fit between the beds so transferring from my chair to the bed was difficult. the front desk clerk could clearly see i was in a wheelchair. We have stayed a few times in the past but now the grounds and hotel is showing age. the beds are comfortable...

Our stay there was great. We didn’t mind the 30 minute drive to Branson, because the staff and hotel were amazing. Alex helped me with a Hotels .com mess that I had made. We would suggest this hotel to our family and friends. We stayed here 4 days. It was close to everything you need.

The hotel needs a remodel. In our bathroom the tiles were cracked in the shower and the toliet was loose and felt like it was going to fall over. The staff was great the room just looked really aged and the bed was hard.

Great hotel in a great location with happy and helpful staff. The room was very clean.

Staff!! Great employees can make or break a vacation. Somehow, all the best employees are at this location! Shannon is amazing. Watching the employees work together and compliment each other, offer to help each other….and help customers is truly amazing!! Love the location! Room was so clean and comfy. My family and I will definitely return. Nothing that can be fixed, humidity in the pool area. Pools and humidity go hand in hand.

Front desk staff- wonderful!!!! Breakfast was great, although I paid extra for the better breakfast and there was absolutely no difference whatsoever. And waiting till 7 was hard with a very special needs soon who like to rise and shine pretty early. Beds were too small, and needed newer pillows. The pics of the pool were the biggest reason we chose to stay, but upon arrival the pool room was so stuffy it was hard to be in there. That was a huge disappointment.
