Element by Marriott Springfield South

The studio queen room was well appointed. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Also I have two 100.00-dollar charges on my credit card from Element, which we did not charge or use anything in addition to the room.? So at this point I am very unhappy with our experience at Element. We used Expidia to make our reservation in advance, to insure we received the room we had reserved. Dan Flannery

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff is super friendly and very helpful! It was easy to locate and in a nice location. It was clean and tidy. The staff was able to address any need we had!!!

Has EV chargers for use. Location was good for travels. Clean. Location of EV Chargers is such a hazard for pedestrians I could not charge overnight. Hard to imagine how this passes code for fall/liability risks.

The pool was not heated. The water was very cold.

Other than the above - the hotel is clean and really nice. Breakfast was worth getting up for. The bed itself was comfortable (minus the air circulation). Bathroom was clean and a nice shower. We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues with noise.

At check-in, the staff have a variety of teas to refresh weary travellers. The high-ceilinged lobby and well-appointed decorations welcome you into a unique experience. Springfield is much bigger than we imagined, and the desk staff were important in guiding us to places for shopping and meals. The full-service bar and breakfast area make for sociability not found in many other motels. What's not to like? That's an American expression (New York?) that we will take back to Australia.
